Can never go wrong at this particular branch. The chick with the glasses is always nice and friendly and makes the burgers really well. Always plenty of filling and the chicken is always fresh.
Like everyone else i like that the chicken isn’t fried and i can never get enough of the chili sauce. On the chips in the burger on the chicken.
Conveniently located in the mall its very handy and one of the better choices available in the mall food court.

I regularly eat at Oporto. The food is always good and I like the fact that it's generally not fried (except the french fries of course). One of the good things is if you get one of the set meals, you can swap the fries for something else... Say a pot of potato and gravy.

That said this particular branch can be a bit lacking sometimes. When there's something on promotion and you order it, there's a 50 - 50 chance they don't have it. Can be frustrating sometimes.

I tried the "take it on" box with a large assortment of goodies.

I was very surprised to say I enjoyed every item on the list and the grilled chicken was a light and tasty piece.

My chips were tasty with adequate flavour, the Potato was a little too watered down with not enough gravy, although it was strong and felt balanced

The burger was maybe a little too much as I was already full from the rest but also nice and fresh with a delicious bbq sauce!

My wrap was a little sad and small but very very tasty

For around 17 bucks It's a nice place to go but there are less expensive places to eat at that offer good eating.

Awesome chicken burgers. One of the few Oportos left and must be the oldest still in Auckland. Friendly service.
