I've been here a couple of times with friends and family. Always lovely people to greet you. I wasn't able to take a photo of some, but the food I eat is always great! I used to order their waffle everytime I visit, but tried the Roti with Pork belly which was so flavourful it's my new fave. Portion vs price is pretty good (can't finish some which means they're big). Hope drefinery team is doing good! It's a cozy cafe, neat and tidy with good selection of ambient music (not too loud which I like so I can hear people talk). Please come support local business like them, they're so nice!
So it was birthday brunch n went there expecting beautiful food and we were right. So we ordered Eggs Benedict - good food but only thing I didn't like was hollandaise sauce which looked either split or it was too runny.
Veg breakfast platter - it was really good n jam was yummy. 9 out of 10
Korean Chicken with fries - beautifully cooked n spiced. 9 out of 10.
Overall amazing experience and amazing ambience n food.
Will surely return.. soon.

The fried š was great. Nice n crunchy! And extremely filling. The deep fried bao was nice but I never tasted the Nutella so not sure if it was in the desert. Staff were friendly and attentive
Went to the Dārefinery on Saturday around noon, they were really busy. We were told about the wait time but we were not too bothered. Excellent chicken waffles, flavours worked well and the coffee was excellent. Great customer service
Never disappointed come to eat here. Their friendly service is plus point! I really love their chicken taste so good should try their menu with any chicken on it š, and last visit I tried roti with pork belly cooked in hoshin sauce, it taste nice.
As always I love their iced chai almond, and request it less sugar its super good!! Really reccomended for having brunch in here!

Came with my wife for her birthday lunch. Fusion Food & this place is a hidden jewel in Parnell!! The food is amazing especially the refined bowl pork belly. Our palate was blown with yummy flavors! Their signature dish is no1! When ordering go for the star next to the dish which sometimes help if you have too many choices to choose from.
The service is excellent! And friendly and great vibe and ambience!
Coffee? Yes love it! Everyone that went there I overheard how good the coffee is! Great place for meetings and coffee.

Quick and attentive service, plated beautifully and delicious! Not too long a wait for food despite 4 orders of chicken waffles! Beautifully decorated for Christmas, great spot with some paid parking around (we paid $4.50 for two hours). The P-nut smoothie was yum, although not so smooth, a little chunky. Chicken was wonderful on all counts!
Great staff with great food. The team is always super friendly and accommodating to our small dog. Their food is consistently top notch and different to other cafes that we keep coming back. Their dishes are always well plated and generously portioned. Iād recommend going earlier in the day as they are quite popular and sometimes can run out ingredients for the dish you want! But that means they do great food!
Great friendly service and it didn't take too long for our orders to arrive. Southern fried chicken burger was delicious as were the fries. Coffee was nice. We arrived at 11.30am and it was nice and quiet, it did pick up after 12pm. Parking in the main road was $2.50 /hr

Cosy place for brunch or tea. Enjoyed the meal so much. Must try here if you like chicken and want to stick to your favourite no matter breakfast or afternoon tea. Photos would say more for them, just swing by and give it a try. Highly recommended

We opened the door and were greeted with a cacophony of sound. Thereās a lot of tables crammed in and the decor isnāt designed to absorb sound. We decided to get amongst and enjoy Sunday lunch from our window table where we could watch the world go by.
The menu covers brunch and lunch usuals, but with an Asian influence. My husband opted for the Royale poached eggs and salmon, which he proclaimed very tasty but small. I opted for the Refined Bowl, which had a risotto base, rather than the usual quinoa or buckwheat or other grain, and cake with salmon, tempura egg, endamame. The flavours were good, but the risotto was a little too wet.
All in all, a good experience, but not amazing.
