Friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee and the brownie was delicious. They went out of their way to make the kids feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!
Was walking by, and decided to drop in and try their coffee. Colombus isn't really a popular cafe, as people all assume franchise stores aren't that appealing. I tried their cappuccino, and to be honest, I was quite satisfied. It was smooth and creamy at the top, but wish it was at a more hotter temperature. Sip after sip, I could taste the richness of their coffee beans they used! I was quite surprised by the outcome! Service may need to improve, but we're here to judge their food and drinks!
Their coffee can really up your mood.. It's that good. Also, their interiors are really admirable and suitable for some me-time or catch-up with friends
Had a nice experience at 411, mainly due to the professionalism of Julia,who tended some minor item's promptly and efficiently. Great presentation,quality service. Nice food.classy cafe.
Totally surprised by this cafe. I did not expect much to those chain brand stores however this shop is kind of different. The interior decoration is warm and cozy, with fresh flowers on every table, variable and latest magazines are there for reading while waiting your foods. Very friendly stuffs and the soy latte is totally my most desirable taste in the morning. Another place to my list of spending my weekend mornings.
Best place to have food. Customer service is so caring. Their staff is so focused and caring even in rush time. Great food. Me and my work colleagues always come there on every Tuesday. It is still our best catch up place.
Service 5/5 one of the best place in Auckland to have delicious coffee. The staff here is super friendly. You don't need to rush with your order, you can take your time to decide.
The menu changes from time to time, you might not get the dish you want on the particular. But they are wonderful, delicious choices everyday. I would recommend you to have Pie Pot, Honey Mustard Potato Bacon Filo and Tandoori Roti if it's available.

Fantastic service, I have been in twice for their addicting Ice Chocolates and will be going again soon! Had a breakfast ciabatta bun with spinach, poached egg and bacon, I devoured it in seconds! (Although I did notice the eggs were slightly overdone from being reheated, but I doubt they would complain if I asked for a fresh egg hahah) xxx Also the prices are brilliant, only $4.80 for a Ice Chocolate worth over $6 at StarBucks!!
This place is very stylish, nice interior with big glass windows. I got the French toast and a strawberry smoothie - both amazing! Look at the photo 😁👌🏻the chef clearly knows what he's doing. There was also a good current selection of magazines and papers to browse through whilst you sip your coffee which I thought was a wonderful addition. A great place, i highly recommend it.
I am leaving review almost a week later. I’ve been here on Monday at 7 am busy for opening.
A man with gentle smile greeted me to come and have a seat in though it is not ready yet. He looked so happy and the happy mood fumed me too.
I was planning to order just a cup of coffee but couldn’t leave without trying their food because they all look so delicious. So, ordered one columbus breakfast and long black.
I don’t know much about coffee but it was aromatic bitter which i really like.
If you want to eat light break fast, then it will be big meal for you or you may share with your friend. There was one potato, two bacon, two whole tomato, two eggs, some mushrooms, two ciabatta bread.
I will come back for another breakfast too once i come bak in Auckland!
Turned up at 1pm but unfortunately the kitchen was closed as they're currently somewhat short-staffed. So if you want breakfast/lunch then turn up early-ish!
The toastie (available from the pre-made chilled food cabinet) was very delicious though!

Good location with nice outdoor setting and the staff were friendly and accommodating .
we ordered a flat white and a chocolate frappe with a danish. The choc frappe was absolutely amazing, best frappe i’ve ever had!
Danish was great and so was the coffee.
Sweet owners who bantered with each other. Very nice atmosphere with cool pictures. Great hillside location.

My family of 5 went there this morning for brunch. My apologies for taking your big table you were just about to sit down at.
We will definitely be going back there! The food & drinks were spot on and the atmosphere was great. The best thing about it was the customer service we got from the gentleman - it was exceptional. He went above & beyond to cater for his customers and thanked us for supporting his business. We're not even locals but we will gladly make the trip for that experience ❤

Extraordinary food, creamy mushrooms were to die for! Warm environment and kind staff! Very welcoming and had a lovely conversation with the couple that own the cafe on our way out. Our second visit here and can't wait to come back!
I always have a big portion and fulfilling meal. They are friendly at all times and they have welcomed me from my first days in Auckland. It feels warm like home. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.
Went in this morning to grab a coffee and some food and the lady behind the counter was so lovely and helpful. She was in all by herself but that didn’t stop her serving everyone with a smile. Thank you for the amazing service and have a great weekend!
