It's so wonderful to come back to chopsticks for dinner. We had a new dish tonight and it's delicious. The blackcurrant mayo sounds interesting and tasted really nice. Totally recommend.

Ordered the crispy pork belly, fish maw soup, combination ho fun and the tofu. Food was lovely, reasonable price and good service. Would definitely visit again to try other dishes.

My family and I have come here for years. Food portions are good, prices are reasonable, staff are really lovely. Definitely book in advance since it is quite a popular place. It is also very popular with nearby uni students so it can get noisy but there is a separate room which you can book which is quiet. Overall really nice place to go, would recommend :)))

Singing Tips

Cheap and cheerful. A bit meat-centric, but they were happy to veganise a noodle dish for me. Good value - big portions!

Dishes are pretty authentic. We enjoyed the hor fun which has wok hei and the crispy pork knuckle the most. Chicken satay is a far cry from the original one that we tasted in Asia. Nevertheless, we will visit again to try other dishes.

I have occasionally dined over years, and I can say that the food here is good to eat, even if you're not really into Asian foods. The owner is often found in the restaurant and is very friendly towards customers. The restaurant is quite small and can often be packed at peak times, which may turn some away.

I really enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere in this place it has great energetic vibes. The service was fast and the food was excellent, I recommend getting a beef or prawn dish. The staff are friendly and unlike some restaurants they have a sufficient amount of toilets. If your looking for a byo spot this restaurant is conveniently located next to a supermarket with a fine range of wines with about 30% of them on special. All in all a garunteed good time, give it a go.
