Travelled across town specifically to go here today, and definitely wasn't disappointed! Would recommend the double happy � probably the yummiest sausage roll I've ever had! And the caramel chunk slice was delicious � worth the trip!

Highly recommend the snickers donut! OMG it was heaven! I had a steak and cheese pie too, simple but delicious! I think we will have to go back!! What an amazing little find this place is :)
Ordered second time. Alittle disappointed when I received it this time as there are no cherry toppings (pic 1) and lesser jam fillings (pic 2). My son enjoyed the cherries the last time we ordered (pic 3).
Would’ve given 5 stars based on the first time we ordered - Cake had generous fillings and was moist. Just the right amount of cream to balance everything.
Minus 1 star for the missing cherry toppings this time. Cake also has more cream instead of jam fillings :(
I am not what one would call a sweet tooth. But I just had a taste of Claire's donuts and they are indeed incredible. They taste so fresh too. 10/10 recommend.
Bought some donuts and slices for a work morning tea and there were DELICIOUS! Great freshly baked foods, great prices and a lovely owner. Will be my new local.
Best pastry everrrr! I love the vege pie & vegan choc chip cookies but i'm actually gluten & lactose intolerant so I have to keep my intake at a bare minimum :( my boyfriend and his uncle love the pies there too ♡

This is a fantastic bakery and delish fresh ham rolls with home baked bread, so much better than couplands or other mass produced bakeries. Great ginger

Claire is a friendly baker, listened kindly to me today. I love Claire's pies, would not buy a pie anywhere else if I am in the vicinity of Claire's bakery . Very satisfying, tasty, lots of yummy filling, very nice pastry, what more to ask for. Love the strudel with a coffee after I've finished my pie. Thx Claire, community asset.
I visited this bakery for the first time this week and it was amazing! Walking in there I wanted to buy the whole shop, everything looked so tasty. Claire was super welcoming, such a lovely person. And even more incredible that she makes these all by herself. The donuts I bought were the best I have ever had, my new local bakery now! Thank you so much :)
This was my fave bakery in Christchurch back in the Get Baked days, but Claire definitely brings the same kindness and consistency during the change of owners. Some of the best pies in Christchurch, their donuts are truly magnificent! I can't recommend them enough! ✨
I went to the Bakery for the first time and I have to say I was wondering where on earth had
I been that I hadn’t been there before!!
It is absolutely fabulous!
There was a lovely selection from hot food and some very indulgent sweets, I tried the chicken and leek
pie, beautiful filling and lovely flaky pastry.
I also had a caramel doughnut and I have to say it was the best I have ever tasted by a mile!
I tried to look at everything but am sure I missed some.
There was a very nice selection including cupcakes, gateaux slices and cheesecakes like
jelly tip, chocolate and caramel and cookies and cream to name but a few (don’t be fooled by the
size it will serve 2) everything was beautifully displayed and I thought the prices were reasonable.
I talked to the owner and she makes everything and I can say very talented.
If you want to support local this is a great place to go.
