Service is great. Food and coffee are amazing. There are so many yummy choices to choose from, and the prices are really affordable. Cafe has a great vibe too.
I recommend a visit to Gladstone Bakehouse Cafe. The coffee, made by the Barista team is a quality flavour, always consistent, beautifully presented and always severed with a smile. The food is delicious a choice of cakes, sandwiches, pastries and a hot cabinet with food on the ready. You can order meals from the menu board all beautifully prepared and reasonably priced, the hardest part.... What to choose???.... The friendly staff always make you feel valued and welcome. Gladstone Bakehouse Cafe is a great place, great food, great service and a really nice place to meet or take your friends and family out for a treat..... if visiting you will be delighted. I had berry unbaked cheesecake and I was happy to pay for whipped cream. Portions were generous and customer service was great with my questions and extra requests. Lovely hot cappuccino and requested extra milk.

We're regulars here. The coffee is great. Good selection for everyone in the family including sweet treats, hot cooked meals or if youre in a rush they have all the classic bakery pies and sandwiches ready to go. Prices have definitely increased recently (as everything has) but my favorite Spinach and Feta quiche is now nearly $8 so it's not at the top of the list every visit. Servers are friendly and helpful. Lines can get abit long in rush hour of course but they get through the customers very quickly. Don't be surprised on a sunny day if a bird or two sneak in to grab their own lunch! :)
I come here for lambchop breakfast but I skip the eggs. I ask for a whole grilled tomato and salad and toast. If I’m really hungry I’ll add fries. Washed down with a flat white. DEELICIOUS ! I always get 2 asparagus rolls for later and if I have a sweet tooth that day I’ll get a lamington. Try the pancakes with a piece of fried chicken on the side yum yum! They have a few tables outside also which get morning sun which means in the hot summer afternoons there will be shade. All the workers here are sooo nice.
An unexpected brekky visit as the munchies kicked in, so checked out the breakfast menu,yeah not bad,Good variety of food stuffs,parking out front,dine in or out.
There are many kind of food and beverage to choose. Decoration is nice and environment is comfortable. Price and quality is good. If you want to find a standard coffee shop in gisborn , you should ... come here
Nice place 👌 pricey but that's normal for a cafe :) allways go here after scooter with the kids
