The restaurant is located on the outside of the Centre Place shopping mall on Bryce Street. We parked on the road but friends went into the parking lot. We didn't have a reservation but were able to get a table outside and then move inside once there was space. The tiles along the walls were quite impressive.
The menu was quite interesting and had a few items that looked unique. We shared the trio of dips and I had the stuffed eggplant. The food was quite nice. The eggplant was stuffed with veges and served with a side salad. I was also able to try some of the manti and that was also quite nice.
It was a nice place to stop for some tasty food.
It was our first visit to the restaurant. We don’t often have Mediterranean food so this was kinda something new for us. We loved every bit of it, from the decor to the food to the service. Staff were friendly; food was surprisingly (in a good way) delicious; the portions were pretty generous too. Overall, it was a super duper awesome first dining experience for us! Thanks for the lovely service. We will definitely come back! :)) xx

Had lunch several times at Sultan’s Kitchen, nice environment, not overly busy. Excellent friendly service, yummy food and affordable price too.
Came here for lunch yesterday lunch and it was so good mix grill and mezze Platter nice and I really enjoyed the food and great price great quality.
Thanks to the Chef working hard the tall guy inside giving nice smile and delicious food.

One of the few halal restaurants in Hamilton. Their food is absolutely amazing. Service can be poor sometimes. Love the Mixed Grill and the Dolma!
Growing up, my mother always made delicious traditional Turkish food. Therefore, I'm usually critical when I visit 'Mediterranean'/ Turkish restaurants.
During our visit to Hamilton the other day, I decided to take my partner to Sultan's Kitchen. I felt like something lite, so I ordered the falafel dish and found it enjoyable. The falafels had good flavour, however the hummus was average. I also ordered the baba ganoush which came with toasted Turkish bread- yummy. I would have liked the dip to taste a bit more smokey though. He ordered the lamb shish and thoroughly enjoyed the dish, however the lamb wasn't the best quality.
All in all, this is a pleasant restaurant to visit. Staff are friendly, the outdoor seating is nice and the food is good.
Yum! This place was great. We ordered the Mixed Grill, Calamari and the Bread & Dips to share - Calamari was probably the favorite. Nice seating arrangements too.
Right from arriving at this restaurant, the atmosphere and service was exceptional.. our Waiter was so pleasant and fun. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented. We will definitely be going back again soon!
Very yummy food with amazing flavours and the staff were super friendly. It was a full house but we only waited maybe 15mins for 2 entrees and 4 mains. Kudos to the chef and the staff, would definitely come back and recommend to others
Great service. We were seated outside on a cold night, with the ourdoor heaters and offer of blankets (that we didn't need) we were warm, comfortable and had a lovely evening.

Absolutely delicious! I was not disappointed after looking for a greekstyle restaurant when in town. The Sultan Delights lamb was so soft on a bed of hummus and vegetables, very filling, though I also had the babaganoush entree as well. My partner also loved his dinner as well which I tried beef strips with veges beef wad not stringy just cooked perfectly. Decor was beautiful with tiles and mosaic lights. Very friendly owner and attentive waitress. Highly recommend and would be back here again when in town.
Lamb shanks and mash potatoes and rich sauce yum.Meat just glided off the bone delicious and very tasty . Loved the service so hospitable and lovely host ,got a special treatment for Father’s Day and Happy with the experience.
We stopped over for lunch on our way back home and the food was amazing. Very nice big portion, meat was full of flavour and the bread was the best. We went again couple of weeks ago and had the platters with no meat and that was delicious too. Highly recommend this restaurant. You get good food for the money and the service was good both times.

One of the best Mediterranean food places in new zealand. Everything was looking like it cane out of a fine dining place and tasted even better than they looked.
What a surprize, everything is authentic and all of them were favorite.
Parking is free for first 2 hours, so on a lunch it was good.
