I'm not sure why all the reviews are mostly negative!? The service I received from our waiter was probably the most genuine I've had in a very long time. She was very down to earth and relatable. The food wasn't amazing but it was still very enjoyable.
The service was friendly the food was really good, would recommend the eggs bene, we went there twice since we were so happy the first time. The staff were super friendly which was nice for these Aucklanders
Have been twice recently with groups of 6 for dinner. Both times we have had the perfect dining experience. Beautiful food, very reasonably priced and excellent service. Can't fault it in any way. Definitely one of our favourite places to dine, and we have dinner out every week so plenty to compare it with. Will definitely keep going back.

I really, really doubt the 1 star reviews on here. My partner & I briefly went in for something to eat & a coffee before going to our movie.
The coffee is absolutely delicious & the cabinet is full of lots of exciting things. We ordered the Bruschetta platter to share & wished we had ordered two! It was truly divine!
The service was fantastic - there were plenty of staff on & they were helpful & friendly. We were given water for the table without having to ask for it & our coffees came quickly as did our food & second lot of coffee's (which we ordered because we found the first lot so yum!)
Great place for a coffee & something to go with it. A+ customer service!

5 adults and 1 child dined for breakfast recently and I found the food to be outstanding! The service was great, efficient and friendly.
I enjoyed the food so much that Mozaik Cafe will be the first eatery I go to when I'm back in Hamilton next - a close first with fish and chips! (I live in Brisbane).
I'm going to be in Auckland next month so I looked up Mozaik Cafe in Grafton, and I'll be having Corn Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon. It better be as good as the Hamilton one - don't disappoint me!!!

Had brunch with 2 teenagers and hubby. Great service even though they were VERY busy. Food tasty, coffee excellent. Definitely go again.
This is my "go to" place to host clients for lunch or simply catch up for a coffee.
It is easy to find and has great parking. The service is very friendly and attentive, but not disruptive. The coffee is "the best" and the food menu is diverse, reasonable and yummy.

I was greeted with a very pleasant smile when arriving at the counter. The young lady was very pleasant and assisted me in choosing a very yummy lunch. I had the soup of the day, which was pumpkin soup with added bacon pieces and ciabatta bread. The soup was just the right temperature and with just the right amount of spices to make it extra delicious. The coffee was expertly made, hot and black, just how I like it.
Overall a great dining experience.

However, I must mention a minor hiccup that occurred during my visit—the orders arrived later than expected. While the taste of the dish itself was impeccable, the delay in receiving our food did slightly dampen the overall experience. Although this might have been an isolated incident or a temporary issue, it's worth noting for those who value prompt service during their dining experience.
Very nice, food was tasty & was nicely presented on the plate. Large serving, more than I could eat, but certainly not complaining😁. Good range on the menu to cater for all tastes.
The service was friendly and very helpful 🙂 the food was very nice 👌 unfortunately what let the place down was our food wasn't hot, it was barely Luke warm and it took along time to get our meals after we ordered. Just as well we didn't have to be anywhere else after lunch because we waited almost an hour for our meal.
We come here often and food is always delicious. Big portions and flavoursome. My usual is the potatoe rosti with salmon! Dumplings is also really delicious.
The best eggs bene you can have. I usually order eggs bene for breakfast whenever I go out. When I come to this cafe I wish the chef here could make a YouTube video how he makes it so delicious. I have tried eggs bene in almost 100 cafes and this cafe beats them all.
