The combination of authenticity, a pack of flavors, and generous portions has made this one of my favorite restaurants in Hamilton others can’t even compete with it.
I tried it two days ago and returned immediately while still in Hamilton.
Must try their spicy soup with pork ribs; it offers the perfect balance of sourness, sweetness, and saltiness, though it can be a bit challenging to peel the meat off the bone. (U can ask for gloves) But it’s totally worth it
Pad Thai is really good. I had a great experience for the first time. Recommend Pad Thai and the oyster pancake. The rice with mice and vegetables is kinda spicy. Next time I will come for their tomyum soup.
Delicious! ! 😋Especially their chicken skewers! Very tender! ! recommend! By the way, the restaurant owner also gave us some snacks.

I had dinner here last night with my mom. I had the green curry with tofu and my mom had the red curry with prawns, we spilt the veggie spring rolls and a roti. It was by far the best Thai food either of us have had! If your in Hamilton, I would definitely recommend going for dinner!
We order tons of different dish off the menu. The flavors are delicious and consistent. The best Thai I've tried so far. We've never been disappointed yet. It does take a bit to receive food during busy periods, but that is normal stuff. I highly recommend to anyone as I have recommended to family.
Great Thai Restaurant serving authentic Thai food in the heart of Hamilton. The service was very friendly and the food delicious. The sauces they made to go with the dishes were awesome and when you request the level of heat you want they deliver! I have already recommended this restaurant to friends and we look forward to returning.
My family dined on Friday and it was our third visit. This time, we decided to book a table via First Table, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. We were absolutely delighted with the authentic Thai cuisine, a rarity in Hamilton. Perhaps, on our next visit, we'll opt for a milder spice level, but this time, we managed to savor every last bite of the delectable dishes. Our children, in particular, couldn't get enough of the Pad Thai and BBQ whole chicken with Roti. Furthermore, the service was top-notch, adding to our overall satisfaction. Thank you for an excellent dining experience.

This review is made after trying it out twice.
Upside, it looks and taste delicious. The first time we had the Tom yum soup (traditionally sour 👍🏻), crab meat fried rice (good), pad Thai (good), panang curry (a bit too sweet for my liking).
Second time we had main course dishes: garlic pepper stir fried vegetables with chicken (good) and curry style stir fried crab (yes-protein was missing though)
Downside: main course portion size isn’t something to write home about. To put it delicately, it is the kind of portion that would be paired with starters and desert.
3 mains, rice and desert is a good portion for two people. Also, the protein sometimes can’t be found. The one thing that irritates me is that the curry style crab sauce is amazing, my crab meat on the other hand is non existent —-please NUA fix this problem.
Would return to try the rest of the menu another day. Worth trying out.
Drove from Auckland to Hamilton for a day trip last week and really wanted to try NUA out for lunch after seeing their menu online. Oh my, were we not disappointed! Everything we ordered was delicious and tasted very authentic. We were served by Carmen, whose service was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back whenever we’re in Hamilton and craving Thai food.
