My husband and I decided to have lunch at sutto cafe on the weekend. Presentation was beautiful, decent portion sized meals and tasted delicious. Coffee was on point � Was so good we went back for breakfast the next day �

Not so welcoming place but I was so hungry so enjoyed the food. I had Flat white and i think it was called "Big Brekky"

This cafe was a delightful find, as we only went here as we happened to notice it while walking down the main drag. Despite knowing there was a great option just around the corner we decided to give this place a go, and it turned out to be a dlgreat decision.
The interior was nicely decorated, but not only that but it was a very kid friendly establishment as well. They have a little play area for younger kids, which is something I've not seen often in cafes in New Zealand, but a great addition. The only trouble with the play area was the toddlers were more interested in playing than eating.
My wife and I both got the Rosti Bene and it was the perfect brunch. Well cooked and yummy. It was filling too, which was a good thing as the day as we ended up being busier than expected, so it was the only real meal we had until dinner that night.
The staff were friendly, and able to negotiate around kids going to and from the play area with ease. It was relatively busy when we went in, so we were told our food from the kitchen was going to take longer than normal, but we were pleasantly surprised when it came out in a normal wait time.
I think this place is well worth a visit if you're in the area, especially if you have young kids.
It was pretty good very standard fair. Good service. The cabinet food looked ok. Like so many cafes these days they are not doing anything to stand out. Definitely wasn't bad just nothing special.
Tasty food, lovely staff and great service! Think this will be our new spot to come for breakfast with the group :)
What are wonderful find. We loved the food, and the service was excellent and fast. A little cold inside, but we soon forgot that when we started eating our yummy meals. Thank you.🙂👍
Absolutely love this cafe the food was delicious and the portions definitely matched the price aswell as delicious coffee. Unfortunately we don't live in the area and we won't be able to go more often.
Go to Sutto all the time! Food is always amazing, although a bit overpriced. Coffee is normally quick and delicious. Service never fails to impress me, the girls are always super friendly. The vibes at Sutto are always on, but lately there has been awful jazz music playing which really ruins their quirky atmosphere.
Overall one of the best cafes in town.
Highly recommend the Sutto Burger. Juicy flavourful and just the right amount of sauce.
I also recommend the Banana Mixed Berry Smoothie with cream and a berry swirl for the drink.
UPDATE: Today I ordered the Savoury Omellete, delicious.
Visited Sunday morning for breakfast food was well presented and large portions. Very good service and coffees n smoothies were fast to come out. Would recommend 👌
