Craggy Range truly is a 10/10 experience.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and truly go the extra mile to make your dining experience top notch.
Their attention to detail is out of this world. I left the table to come back to find my napkin had been re folded for me, it truly is the little things that make all the difference.
I can never fault the food, chef Casey and his team work wonders in the kitchen.
But the main star of the show, each time i visit is Elliott. He runs the floor with ease and a sense of calm, always having a smile on his face which truly lights up the room.
So thank you Elliott, for always making my experience out a craggy the very best a girl could ask for.
I wouldn't book anywhere else.
We had the most amazing lunch at Craggy Range Winery. From the second we turned the corner into the driveway we were blown away beyond belief.
The setting is absolutely stunning, service was impeccable and the food was delicious.
A one of a kind venue in every way possible.
Cannot fault this place, service was excellent and the food was to die for. We all had something different for lunch, and each dish was divine.

We went here for lunch yesterday. The surroundings are so beautiful. The restaurant is lovely, the waitresses are very welcoming, the atmosphere is great and the food was so delicious.
We had a good walk around the vineyard after lunch. It was wonderful.
We will go there again if we go pass this town in the future.
Craggy range was an amazing experience. The wine tasting was exceptional, Maddi the staff member who served my friend and I and took us through our wine tasting was amazing and grew our love for wine. Definitely will be going back and will recommend.
My partner and I did the five course tasting menu with premium wine matching.
Every bite of food was mouth wateringly delicious, the wines were perfectly paired and the service was top class. Our waitress was a young lady who was very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional.
We were so impressed with both the service and the food.

The ambiance, the lighting, the fixtures, the fittings all led us to the real delight, which for us was the exquisite food which delighted the eye as well as the tastebuds with every mouthful. 12/10
We had a wonderful experience at the cellar door, trying over 9 wines from their family and prestige ranges, paired with a fantastic meat and cheese board, particularly want to thank you for Kevin’s help, he gave us a wonderful time for this tasting session, lots of details of wines and story! Their cellar door is in a spectacularly beautiful building with views of Te Mata peak across the street. We also took dinner here and food was excellent, couldnt be better! Must visit!!
A truly fantastic experience in both the tasting room and the restaurant.
We started with a tasting in the tasting room where Sean took us through the range of wines. He was knowledgeable and engaging and made us feel right at home. A beautiful space and great wines.
We then progressed to dinner where our server Seth, a young keen and eager hospitality professional took fantastic care of us. His charming hospitality met with ethical prowess put us at incredible ease to enjoy the exceptional food and wine. Course after course we were blown away by the food which was fabulous at every bite.
Standouts for us were the roast lamb, the crispy pan bread and the cheese puffs with harisa aioli.
If you are in Hawkes Bay and apreciate a world class culinary experience, do not miss this opportunity. Exceptional value and some of the best food and service we've experienced in ages. Thank you Seth for everything, we just loved it and will be back.

The food is outstanding. The service is exceptional. Can’t fault either.
Our only complaint was that if it’s nighttime and it’s winter, and you are seated beside the window, you have to wear a coat because it’s so cold.
Why are there no curtains?
We mentioned this and were told we wouldn’t see the gardens. Sorry…it’s nighttime and it’s winter!
No one should have to eat their dinner wearing their coat.
