i went in with the lowest of expectations and they we slightly exceeded. i enjoyed my meal but the sprite i order was just soda water. i think most of the flavour is in the sauces and pickles. the pickles at burger king are very good
The staff here are, as all fast food outlets go, probably under paid (that's just how we get food at these prices) and dealing with difficult customers (I'm being polite) under the stress of big business management restrictions expected to out perform the competition with limited resources. Well I've always been a fan of the Burger King flavour and they always deliver. But you can tell they are struggling. And they are so very polite. I'm always impressed with the service here, the staff are amazing.

The burger I had today was so much better than the one I had last week.
It was big, yummy, and tasty!!
Not only that, due to my complaint to the owner manager last week, it was free!! I also receive a large french fries and a large drink!!

The Burger King XL Burger at $13.90 l had for lunch today from Lower Hutt High Street branch was simply awful!!
It tasted stale and had an awful taste to it!!
It was dry and didn't have any sauce or flavour to the meat!!
The lettuce inside was hardly any and wasn't even crunchy!!
I should have brought a Double Whopper burger with cheese instead!!
Quick az to get my meal last night. Complete turnaround to my previous experience where I was in the drive thru for up to half an hour. Nice work BK.
They seem genuinely nice people there, it was obvious to me they were seriously short staffed. But they did well, never looked flustered, just got down to business & did their job. Good on you team!!
A bit sad that their frozen drink machine was out of order but that's ok, we'll survive! 😉👍😊
Friendly staff, very slow service at the time we went but food was nice and atmosphere was okay. Some disgruntled people left before ordering due to wait time and understaffed registers.

As well as great service wait time was decent at about 15 minutes for a big order of 6 burgers and 3 fries one of the fries boxs were a bit undercooked but everything else was great
Much improved food and service this visit, but restaurant was not very busy for lunch time.
