Great place to kick back, relax and have a beer. Live band just adds to vibe.... Food and service was great. Would definitely visit it again.

Loved the bar, it was good to have an Irish bar and just chill. We went in between lunch and dinner at 4pm so the kitchen was closed but there was still some finger foods to nibble on while having a drink with friends ^^
The Sunday roast is a must! Very delicious food.

Mondays are $20 for an entire whole rack of bbq ribs on top of a mount of fat fries. Chips. Sorry. Chips. They give you bowls of water and lemon to wash your fingers too. I love NZ.
Had an amazing night which started with a private function upstairs, then dancing downstairs to the awesome band. Good times!!
Staying in Tauranga for a holiday this week and we had the chance to visit quite a few food hospo places. I have to say I was very impressed with the Tuesday special at Mount Mellicks. There is a special everyday on the menu which I think is a great promotional idea. Always gets the Punters in the door. The food that we received was great with good presentation and the service was excellent. I would happily recommend this pub for a drink and a good feed if you are in the area.

This is a pretty cozy Irish Pub. The drink selection for beers and whiskeys is decent. The cocktails on the menu don't seem to fit the vibe of an Irish pub however. Food on the menu is pretty good pub food, but the pizzas were on the average end. I was impressed with how quickly food came out.
We went for ribs day with my friends it was great.
