Visited this place- while i was sick and away from home for work. desperately needed a soup for my sore throat. I would say for this tiny looking place from outside- awesome food with nicely balanced flavours. Had Soup, and Curry, Roti- Service was amazing with a friendly on duty manager. keep up the smiling faces...best wishes

It's a good place for dinner (Indian Food). Visited many times with my friends. Nice seating plan with good staff!!! Must try dining at this place when visit to Hawke's Bay!!!

Best Indian food! Been to manny places but this was the best. We dined in, Which seemed to be uncommon but meant we had great service! The best onion bhaji which was a huge pile in a bowl, samosas we’re dressed in sauce. The chicken korma was delicious and creamy, the peshwari naans were a perfect compliment! If I lived in Napier I would only ever go here for Indian! I do agree their “spicy” is on the mild side but I think they’re just cautious... two thumbs up for me!👍🏻👍🏻

We have enjoyed the wide range of flavours available from the many dishes when ordering for take-away. One time we have eaten in, and the staff were very accommodating of our two young children. The food was, once again, delicious.

Dined in with my daughter before her hockey game. Food arrived quickly, and was exquisite. My daughter appreciated the great effort made with the decor, and felt like royalty with the cloth napkins and service (we don't dine in often!).

Excellent good, quick service. One of the better Indian places in Napier, even though it's in a bit of a random location. I've been here quite a few times with my workmates, it's so good we drive from the office for lunch!

Indian palace restaurant food is one of the fabulous Indian food I have eaten in NZ, best thing about this restaurant is it feel like Indian home food simple and tasty with good presentation. Owner of restaurant is hard working lady and has beautiful way of serving Indian cuisine with good Indian homely atmosphere with very good staff specially Vishal manager over there is fabulous guy....... strongly recommend this place if you want to have home away from home

Agreed. best Indian in Napier. Slight criticism would be that the amount of meat in each dish was quite small, but still a great place to eat.
