Really enjoyed the food at this café, but especially loved the food emporium treating myself to some Blackpool Rock, French Breton snacks and tasty Duck pate made on the premises.
Really love this place the food is excellent, coffee superb and staff really friendly.The owner is an enigma, exceptionally passionate about his food and quality the shop is a foodies delight , if I lived in New Plymouth which alas I do not then I would not shop anywhere else.
I made an appointment yesterday (Wednesday afternoon). Thinking I won't be able to visit them - til maybe Friday or even Monday, but No... Thursday. 👍Less than 24 hours. Can't go wrong there. Always professional and with pharmacy next door - within the same building. So convenient.
I did a call-in yesterday for a face to face GP consultation which I couldn't get in Stratford due to ongoing issues at my local provider. I was greatly impressed with Dr McDonald who was very helpful in sorting out my issue by arranging an immediate X-ray, prescribing me appropriate medication (both of which were available in the same building) and then calling me later in the day to confirm his X-ray findings which he had sent off for an independent review.
Went on a saturday due to urgent medical issue and could not fault the service, from reception to nurses and doctor on duty.
Special mention to Charlie the nurse, very funny and upbeat and nothing was too much trouble, same for Dr Grace Robinson she was very caring and professional. Might have to change surgery's.
I had to take my adult daughter in for x rays for a 10 day old ankle injury. From the very first greeting, to the x Ray to the plastering, the treatment and courtesy shown were exceptional. Would highly recommend.
As fate would have it our little girl got sick on the second last day of our holiday. We saw Dr Zoe early on a Sunday morning. She was simply awesome! So good with my six year old. Quick to run through symptoms, do her diagnostic checks and make a diagnoses. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. Wish she could be our regular doctor.
I want to thank Amanda and the team for their incredible help and care when I damaged my eyeball while hiking in the area. The whole team was extremely helpful and everyone made me feel well looked after and cared for. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was OK and that I was going to make a full and speedy recovery. She made a frightening ordeal a lot less scary and for that I am so grateful! I just wish we had doctors like her up here in Mount Maunganui because I have never received such great care in my entire life anywhere else. Thank you!!
Since travelling in NZ, I just popped in while in town with a bad cough that had last for more than two weeks. Very friendly receptionist, just a short waiting time. The nurse as well as the doctor did a good job, friendly, knowledgeable. Thank you.

Amazing Dr Zara and the lovely nurses Sonia and the other 1 who helped and the receptionist and xray kady, ended up having a fracture, they were kind, caring and helpful.

I'm sold. The place is well organized and professional. Dr McDonald got right to my issue, explained the treatment, whipped out the ACC claim and prescription and I was out inside 10 minutes.
