I had a delicious fish and egg burger. The fillet with nice and thick, would've given 5 stars except the the burger cost over $11
Delicious, clean, and fresh. Price is a little high but it's the nicest fish and chips I've tried in New Plymouth for a few years

If you have no idea where to go to get Fish and Chips in New Plymouth because your new to town or its your first time, really good food here. Great portions as well.
Ordered fish & chips online from here, paid by credit card, was able to chose pick up time from a selection. Best f&c I've had in ages. Fish was gurnard, so fresh it was probably caught today. Chips so crispy, batter on fish quite divine. Just the right amount of salt, we scoffed the lot at record speed. Don't go past this one, you'll be sorry.

We are visiting the lovely town of New Plymouth and I felt the rare urge for fish in chips. I used to love a regular feed but these days it's hard to get really good fish AND chips. We placed a phone order and they were ready very quickly. The snapper fillets were moist thick, tastey and very fresh! The batter was crisp and not greasey. The chips were perfect and I tried a paua fritter for good measure. It really was full of paua!! Not some stodgey filler. It was great. Also the lovely lady threw In a couple of extra ittle apple turnover deserts. Thank you for that treat, it was very kind d of you. We have enjoyed N.P so much we will return in the spring and February and we will definatemy return here and tell all our friends to as well. This was a great find!

Stopped in here on our way to Ngamotu beach. Huge smile from the friendly girl behind the counter. Food came out quickly and was good quality. We got a $17.50 pack & an extra scoop of chips & there weren't tons of chips, but just enough to feed us (2 adults, 3 kids). Not a crumb left. Will definitely be back.
