My partner and I had lunch today at Tuk Tuk. I cannot recommend this place enough. The restaurant was very clean, service was fantastic, food was so tasty and fresh. We also loved being able to have beers from South East Asia.
We will definitely be back. It was well worth the one hour drive.
We read reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try ... It didn’t disappoint � Absolutely amazing food, really authentic Thai flavours and great and efficient staff. Best Thai food since we were in Thailand. Would definitely recommend.
Three of us ate entrees and mains, enjoying the food. Tasty, chili suited to palate, with suitable explanation of heat levels. Even at ‘Thai Hot’ the flavour was awesome. Will be back.

Dined at Tuk Tuk in Porirua and was completely taken by their delightful Thai dishes. Every meal was bursting with authentic flavors. The staff were quick, efficient, and accommodating. The decor beautifully complements the dining experience, and it's no surprise the place was bustling with customers. Truly a gem in Porirua for Thai food enthusiasts.
I enjoyed dining in. There was a great atmosphere and the waiting staff are very efficient and friendly. It was very enjoyable. I felt the prices were a bit high especially for starters however, the curry puffs were delicious.
I ordered the Padh Thai which I enjoyed. My daughter ordered Thai Green Curry and that dish for me was outstanding.

Not only was the food delicious and ambience beautiful but some of the staff even took time away from their work to help look after our kiddies so we could enjoy our dinner 😌 as a parent this made the experience that much more enjoyable 🩷

A hidden gem. If you are looking for the best Thai restaurant this side of the Nauranga gorge look no further.This place is ideal for large groups with large tables available. The atmosphere is second to none with carvings, art and even a tuk tuk 🛺. The servings are large, well priced and delicious from the small share plates up to the main meals. The service is wonderful and the staff go out of their way to check on you and make you feel welcome.
Everything is so delicious. Excellent quality. The best Tom yum ever had. Perfect balance of spice and flavor. Nothing is overwhelming, everything complements one another. Highly recommended
Went for a cooking class, learned to make their famous curry puffs, pahd Thai, Thai green curry, all amazing and delicious. Really friendly owner and team. We look forward to the next class, highly recommend it, as well as the restaurant.
Wow! What amazing food this place has, topped off with brilliant service. We really enjoyed finding this gem in Porirua's food offerings. Great to have easy to see Vegan options on the menu too. Will definitely be back whenever we're in that next of the woods again. Thanks so much.
The best Thai food ever. We were recommended this restaurant and we were so happy we went to try. The best prawn rolls we have ever had. In fact all the dishes were amazing. Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings. We will be back. 10/10.
