I was looking for a new food place to try in Takapuna so I walked to the outskirts and came across this little shop. I had a look at their pies and as a vegetarian, it's been quite a mission to find a decent pie that doesn't taste strange. I was so curious about their vegan steak and mushroom pie I just had to try it, so I did. It's the best pie I've ever had, out of any pie I've ever eaten as a meat-eater and vegetarian. Vegans and vegetarians out there, this is the place to get a good pie.

Had a chicken with creamy something pie, and it was surprisingly good and tasty.
Definitely would be my go to place when im in need of a pie. :)
The pain de chocolate was pretty good and so was the flat white. Nice service too!
I did visit the day France lost for the World Cup, so I will blame myself for that š
Best chicken pie I have had for a long time - super tasty. Will definitely have to check out more of the menu next time.

Great service, great coffee, and just the best fresh cream donutsš
Had a potato top pie that was really nice. Pricing is fair for a higher quality pie. Thereās a cool little bar table that looks out onto the street thatās a great spot to enjoy a coffee and eat a pie. Will buy from here again!
A very tasty pie, no wonder it's an award winning pie. Had the minced cheese and I liked it the best, the steak and pepper also good (my 2nd best), and then the New York steak and cheese (my 3rd best). A must try when you visit takapuna area.

The pies are just good. A nice surprise to find this patisserie with many awards for their pies. Vegan and vegetarian are available. The service is warm and friendly.
