Certainly, here's a revised version of the review:
The atmosphere at Scopa on Cuba Street is vibrant, with a mix of seating options for individuals and groups. However, if anyone in your party has hearing impairments, it may not be the ideal choice due to the loud music and crowded setting.
Service is a strong point here, marked by friendly and professional staff who provide a flawless dining experience.
The standout menu item is the single-serve pizzas with sourdough bases, celebrated for their delightful soft and chewy texture and well-balanced toppings. On the other hand, the Kale Caesar salad disappointed as it lacked traditional ingredients like eggs, croutons, and bacon, containing mainly kale, dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Furthermore, the burger and fries left much to be desired as they were served cold and underwhelming.
In terms of pricing, anticipate spending around $30 per main course.
Overall very good.
My partner and I ordered take out from Scopa this evening. We split the Zucchini and Arrabbiatta pizzas, and I thoroughly enjoyed the garlic cream on the Zucchini pizza and the spicy sauce on the Arrabbiatta. They’re personal sized pizzas, so order one per person. If you order online for pick up, they include a free hot chocolate with your order. They’re famous for their hot chocolate and I can understand why. If you wait until you finish your pizzas to drink it, it’s basically pudding! I’d recommend ordering it for takeaway because the restaurant itself is quite cramped.
The fries were amazing! Had the Diavolo and loved it! Definitely recommend!
