No expectations, went in on a whim, had the best pizza I've had at least in the last five years! Thanks guys! :)
It's hard to find a decent scone so I like to share it when I do. Vessel scones are right up there with the best scones I've ever paid for - absolutely primo and filled with cheese. Had my first cheese scone from Vessel yday and back for my second sensation today. As I sit here waiting for my coffee there are folks streaming in & scones walking out the door! Oh and super friendly service from the lovely staff too. Nice one ladies.
Popped in to meet up with family, and had a great filter coffee, and a wonderful Haloumi and eggplant toasted Turkish bread sandwich. The only issue was that the hard services make it hard for my hearing aids to cope, but this is more than made up for with the food, the coffee, and the very good staff. I'd recommend a visit for a quick bite and coffee.
Most beautiful latte art! We went at 10:30 AM and most of the cabinet food had sold on the day we went, so recommend going early. Staff were very kind and service was fast
New Chapter has the best coffee in Wellington! And the staff are lovely, they make you feel welcome from the moment you open the door. New Chapter is definitely one of my top 5 cafés in Wellington!
As I sit here watching the Monday morning foot traffic walk by, I wonder ‘don’t they know the best coffee in Wellington is here?
Great espresso and an expertly brewed long black.
Staffs were very kind and took care of me. Even though I was not satisfied with Rydges Hotel Wellington service(Terrible!) nearby, we felt some comfort here. If I can visit Wellington again, I want to go here too.
Love this place, friendly staff and fantastic coffee. They also have a great seating area out behind the coffee machine!

Excellent flat white. Friendly service. Not too crowded and Music isn’t so loud, which is good. Good place for coffee break. Alcohol served as well. Will come again :)
Lovely coffee. And really nice place for catching up with a friend... assuming it's not too busy.
