my friend thought the chicken burger was real chicken. so delicious, the onion rings and hsp are the best!
Highly recommend. Finally a place that does junk food for vegetarians and vegans! Good food, good service. The only drawbacks are that it is pretty expensive and the place could use a bit of a polish up
Having been here more times than I care to admit since its opening, I've sampled a decent amount of the menu. Standouts for me are definitely the classic burger upgraded with a beyond meat patty, (it tastes so much like the real thing it's almost uncanny) and the chickn and chips snack pack. A great option for veggies and vegans in the CBD.
Another welcomed Aussie franchise to the Welly scene. I've visited the ones in Aucks several times.
Good selection of vegan options, from the burgers to the sweet kumara fries.
The local beer, Fortune Favours is also on tap - but had licensing issues last week, hopefully these are addressed.
I’m never disappointed at lord of the fries, having had it in Auckland and Melbourne before: I love the variety of options and it’s always a generous serving!

Got to try the special: Philly cheesesteak with beyond burger. Essentially a hot dog bun with cut up patty and onions, very nice! Never tried something like this before, glad that there’s a vegan version :)

its my first time visit at lords of the fries its quite good experience i really appreciate the service and the food too, there is sweet girl her name is raj , she expalin everything in very good way really appreciate overall its really good food atmosphere and really like the vegan food so thumps up 👍🏻
Me and my sister in-law went here on a first date and it did not dissapoint! Definitely loved the vibe, the music was eclectic in all the right ways. Initially it started with "my love, mine all mine", it then smoothly transitioned into the freshest lil Wayne track, then back to Lana Del Rey.
The atmosphere was juicy and the fries were golden, can't ask for more eh brother!
Nice place to have snacking of fries and mac and cheese. They also have burgers and etc as an option. Soooo yummy.... Fair price and normal portion. Located at Cuba Street with the city live environment. Visited there when travelled to Wellington. Will be back next time to try other menus.

Popped in for a quick lunch with my wife. Got a couple of burgers and a sample box of some of the other offerings. Friendly staff, and nice food and flavours, but all the food was very very salty on the day unfortunately. Hopefully not the norm and we just caught it on a bad day.
So many bad reviews here but LOTF will always be one of my favourite places to eat in! Ethical company with delicious flavours what more could anyone want
