Service wasn't experienced (but still friendly) the one time I've been but it had no effect on the experience at all.
Consistently good. From the initial greeting to the delightful service to the delicious food made in house, to the range of drinks including good zero options. There has also been a lot of thought given to how this classy urban establishment presents its appealing menu options. The branding is on point but subtle and it remains a favourite local anytime of day.
Best place in Wellington for a business coffee or lunch. Great coffee. Excellent service. Amazing café style food. A guarantee.
Came for the WOAP burger not realising my work colleague was keto. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate him, suggesting alternatives and even adjusting these (removing a vinaigrette which had sugar in it) to suit his diet. He still missed out on the burger, but that’s his own fault! Thanks Astoria for a very pleasant dining experience.
Lovely evening catching up with a friend. Service was impeccable - the team looked after her when it looked like I had ghosted her.
I had a DELICIOUS cocktail that made my taste buds very happy!

My first coffee in Wellington after 6 years and it was really good. Probably the best I had the whole time I was there and was pleasantly surprised to see that double shot of espresso was standard, even in a small coffee. Staff are friendly and the location was great. Right on the Midland Park and it was a beautiful day. Like they say can't beat Wellington on a good day and this was one of those.
Have been here several times since it reopened. At one point we visited two days in a row. The food is exceptional, as is the service. I usually shy away from having pizza in a restaurant, but Astoria's pizzas are absolutely 'out of this world' with interesting flavours and combinations.
More zero beer choices would be good. There's no excuse not to have a local craft zero on the drinks menu. Will definitely return.
