We have been to this great café many times...there for lunch with my wife again this past week....service and staff great, food superb, and a good buzz about the place as always. Keep up the good work guys!
We has a fantastic lunch at Jolt. The variety was so good that we all had trouble choosing what to eat. You could not fault the service, presentation, size of the meals and taste also. It's great when the staff take the time to sit down and explains things to you.
I would definitely recommend this cafe and can't wait until they hopefully open for dinner a few nights a week.

We had a delicious lunch at Jolt Cafe. The scallops in the scallop and bacon salad were the best and juiciest I've had anywhere. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The place was buzzing with happy customers. Very tasty coffee as well. You are doing a great job - we will certainly be back.
We are frequently seen at Jolt, and this has got to be Whangarei's best cafe. The food and coffee are of excellent standard and well priced. The staff are an awesome team and are managed by an awesome couple (You are wonderful Ian and Sue!)

Beautiful looking cafe, yummy looking food, great location. However, coffee in a glass with no handle is way to hot to handle for at least five minutes. Not the best idea. Grooves in the little tables.....food scraps can be seen. Other than that, I will be back.
Really yummy food. Love visiting this place! They have fantastic blackboard specials too and the coffee is great! There all day breakfast is amazing. A good selection of food. Service is fabulous and the parking is good. We were very happy.
Having been to this new gem on the block a couple of times now I am compelled to add a review.
It is just great - an array of so tempting counter food that is not only a visual delight packed with colour but all soooo good to eat as well.... Plus they do an all day breakkie menu... Plus they have an a la carte menu.... Plus they have daily blackboard specials... Plus they do excellent Altura coffee and a great range of quality teas...
Add to that great friendly service, spotless surroundings and bathrooms, and the best Bang Bang Chicken I have had in ages... Winner! They cater for kiddies and furry friends as well. Heaps of free parking - and you know its good 'cos its always BUZZING!

Always come here for a special occasion as it’s nice and local to us, both the food and service never disappoints. Sunny side up eggs could be slightly more well cooked as there’s usually a bit of white gloop on them, but apart from that everything is perfect, especially the coffee. Go Jolt!
Very popular cafe. Cabinet and menu food options. Take out or eat in. Good selection of table sizes. Good carpark. Friendly team. Adjoins Graze, a boutique food supply store.
Very fast and friendly service. Food was delicious and good portions. There's a cheese and chocolate deli shop also for some artisan breads and dips.

The BEST trim flat white, extra hot and the BEST decaf soy we experience. I understand why they win awards for their coffees. Also the mushrooms on bruschetta, savoury scone and the double fried chips are some of our favourites. The staff are ‘awesome’ ! !
Our 50km return trip, we do with pleasure just to enjoy our coffee experience.
Wonderful lunch - prompt and friendly service, food served in good time and everyone's dishes arrived together. Food was incredible. I ate the crumbed snapper with handcut fries and salad. The fish was very fresh, juicy and delicate. The crumb was light and crispy with a delicious flavour. The chips were perfectly cooked - golden and crispy with soft fluffy centre. Salad was fresh and dressed perfectly. Portion size also generous. Staff went above and beyond catering to a member of our group with high sensitivity to gluten. Will recommend to everyone.

I actually thought I had written my experience. Had a flat white, temperature / milk absolutely on point, I have never been disappointed. Pepper steak pie and creamy mushrooms well done totally enjoyed it. One little misdemeanor I hate microwave pies.

Great little café. The Moroccan Lamb Salad is absolutely incredible, and the coffees are some of the best around. The beef burger was a little underwhelming in flavour and texture, but I'd go back there for the lamb salad, any day.
Nice range of food and friendly staff. Great atmosphere, but can be quite busy.
