Man this place has such good food! If you dont like spice ask for no chili salt. We do so love it! Been a few times. Excited for their summer menu.

Nice venue, good for groups. Food mostly designed for sharing and was tasty overall and reasonable for the price. The Baos was a favorite. Large selection of cocktails and drinks. Would come back for sure.
Comfortable atmosphere, attentive service and a delicious soft shelled crab burger. Drinks were ordered at the same time as food, but my cocktail arrived so late, food was almost finished!
Menu looked interesting, so I'll give them another chance

I feel obliged to leave a review because of the stellar service I received from India and Sarahsha. Had the bottomless brunch twice now and WOW! Not only is it great value for money, I was lucky enough to have the two ladies serve our table both times. They were super friendly, accommodating and fun! I highly recommend Astroboy and the bottomless brunch. Thanks ladies. Will be back for sure!
By far my favourite place. Gluten-free options and vegan options and a changing menu keep this venue exciting. The staff are lovely and accommodating, and the drinks menu is fun to get through. The aesthetics of the venue are artistic and calming. I really enjoy that there's so many seating options, choosing whatever vibe you feel

Thought we’d give this place a go since it was new! It has very “Auckland” vibes to it.
There are two entrances, the main one on Bank Street and one near the car park behind the Municipal Building, which has free parking after 6pm.
On arrival you pick anywhere to sit and order your food and drinks at the bar. The decor is super cool and there are a few different types of seating options to choose from as well. We came in to try the food because the menu looked awesome, very cool Asian fusion style foods, and that was good but the service was kind of average.
Portion sizes were decent and food came out in good time. We ordered three things to share - the squid, fried chicken bao buns and a soft shell crab burger. Highly rate the squid, bao buns and the sauce that the burger/chips come with but would pick a different protein for the burger next time - the soft shell crab didn’t taste right. Pricing is on the slightly higher side given that it’s “snack food” options, but our food came to $56 for what we ordered and that’s reasonable split between three people.
We did find it a bit too loud, and the waitress made it feel like she was in a rush to get us out. Kept checking on us and wanting to clear our plates ASAP even though we hadn’t quite finished yet.
Other than that, it is a cool new spot with a neat atmosphere and keen to go back on a slightly quieter week night and try other things off the menu!

Quite Sunday afternoon drink and meal with friends, this place was an exceptional choice. Music is just at the right level.
Food 🤘🏾🔥😈 crisp pork belly boa 😋 yummy, my drink tall and pretty was amazing. Astro boy beer on tap very nice.
A great place to relax over food and drinks. Very open with a large and varied seating arrangements. From bar stools to inbuilt wall mounted seating. Nice lighting and easy to wander around. Friendly staff
