Been here a few times now as just a night out or group events, the service is always outstanding and entertaining, the food is great especially for a meataterian like myself. The constant supply of the range of meats/salads/side dishes makes sure that you have enough to eat. For the price I definitely think it's value for money and quality compared to some of the buffet dining you can go to pay the same but end up disappointed. Will definitely be going back in future
Loved it, delivered exactly what it promised, lots of great tasting meat! Really friendly and informative staff, nice atmosphere and great service. From the time we sat down the drinks came quick and before you know it we’re eating. An interesting assortment of sides accompanied tender flavourful meats served at your table. Went here on Saturday night for my sons 21st with 30 other guests and this place exceeded all expectations. The food was great and the atmosphere was awesome but what I'll remember most about this place was the way in which the staff worked so well with our group, to ensure we had a memorable evening. They were so accommodating to all our requests and were, without a doubt the best hospitality team we have come across in all our times of dining in Christchurch.
Make sure you find a way to experience an evening at this place and then you'll know exactly what I'm talking about!!!

Went here last night and as per usual perfection personified!! Staff, service and food was just spectacular. Condiments, salads and grilled pineapple - brilliant!! All the meat was perfectly cooked and bought to our table in a timely manner. Always recommend this place for a great meal and atmosphere. Nothing is a problem for the staff. They also made me a special vegetable skewer as I don’t eat a lot of meat. Thanks Pete and team. We will be back!!!
Delicious food, heaps of meat, an awesome range of sides (Heaps more side options than Wildfire in Auckland/Wellington). The service was really friendly and knowledgeable. 1000% would recommend paying a visit. I’m keto (low carb) and recommend this to other Keto people visiting Christchurch.
Wow where do I begin! The service was AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. I was just so happy to be there. I took my partner here for a celebration and didn't know what this place would be like. It's unique to me - you can have everything on the menu (and I like to try everything) and they give you an wooden piece and on one end it is green and the other red which means you can stop at any time once you become full. The waiters looked so happy to be at work and to serve everyone. They were passionate about the menu and provided fantastic banter. The vibe was great and the churros were one of the best I have ever had! I have recommended this place to many people and look forward to coming back!
Excellent food, great service. Didn't make you feel bad when you asked for more of "the good stuff"! Good mixture of food and was all to a high quality! Definitely going to be back. (Durham street restaurant).
Went to the Durham Street restaurant, hadn't long been opened. Had to wait for a short while and sat at the bar. We were offered sangria which was delicious. Our table was facing the street and a great spot. It was very noisy in the restaurant as there were a few work functions on. So much food and to be fair, couldn't fault it, such speedy service. Loved the variety. Would not be suitable for small eaters or vegetarians. My daughter and I were in fits of laughter as we would have a mouthfall of food then like magic, another waiter would arrive with another course. So much food but lots of fun.
The food was great, and the whole process was well explained (it's not your typical all you can eat - they bring around each plate and serve at your table).
The service was excellent, well above the chch norm.
My wife and I will definitely be going back.
So good that my husband and I had to return for a second time in less than a week so that we could bring our friends! 🇧🇷
Highly recommend the tapioca quadrada dessert (photo) if you can fit it in after all those delicious meats and sides! 🍖

Not a super crazy menu but all of the meat groups are well represented. Good drinks and attentive wait staff. We had a table of 12 (maybe more) plus the regular diners and they kept us all well fed. Also, grilled pineapple. 🤤

This is my 3rd time at this restaurant and it won't be my last. They have not only delicious food but its also the outstanding service that makes me want to keep coming back. I absolutely loved how the team got together to sing happy birthday to my mum in what I am guessing is Portuguese. It was so fun! Thank you for making us always feel so welcome.
Very yummy food. The price is understandable, i think they have a parking space somewhere near it but i parked it somewhere else. They served different style of grilled meat and sides. I like their fries and the lamb the most oh i love the sauces that goes well with the meats. So yummy. If you are craving for steaks, this is the place to go. Be sure to not eat heaps before coming here cause you will surely be full after dining here. They are usually fully booked in the weekends so make sure to book in advance but they also cater walk ins too.
My Husband and I have been here at least 25 times now and have never once been disappointed. Our favourite place to come on our date nights 😍

Food was coming out that quick we had use the red stopper just so we could finish what was on our plates... incredible experience.. I will be back
