Had lunch here today, wednesday, second time this week!! A beautiful platter shared with a friend. Best European food ever. Staff very pleasant and beautiful surroundings.

Home of the best pizza in chch. You can even buy the fresh dough in the attached store! Very simple, classic Italian food. Made with amazing flavoursome ingredients they import from Italy. I've eaten there several times and am always impressed, their pasta is also incredible.
This is so lovely, the pizzas are to die for, the desserts are so yummy. You can eat inside or relax in the courtyard and enjoy the sun while sipping a glass of wine while eating your favourite dish. A must if you enjoy good food.
Really great shop in here with some nice (cheap!!) wines and lots of med classics - I come here to buy dolma (both arabic and greek types available here on my last visit).
The staff are very friendly and attentive. When we went for the lunch the majority of customers were of the older persuasion, which might explain the pasta - it was quite watery and bland. We all had to put a lot of chilli oil and flakes on our food. I was excited to try the focaccia but it seemed a bit stale.
However, I have heard good things about the pizza (have not tried it) and the wine was nice!!

Haven’t eaten here, but I ordered an item from their shop as a Christmas present for a family member in the area and the service was phenomenal and they took great care of me. Sounds like a lovely place!
I've just had the best pastry I've ever tasted here. (Fruit pinwheel?) Wonderful coffee too. Ohh delicious food! It's the only place I can get mushroom stock cubes too. Lovely polite and caring counter guy. 🥂

I attended a Christmas work do and we had the set menu.
The salami and prosciutto was really nice. The pizza and platter was yum. The risotto was done slightly under what I personally like, if not it's a really nice dish favour wise. This is also my first time trying a proper Risotto. And lastly, we can never get enough of dessert which was tiramisu.

The food and service here is always outstanding! The lovely staff are more than happy to help, and there is a wide array of delicious food on the menu. It's a nice place for a catch up with coffee or a meal. We go back regularly for the tiramisu!

We shared a gnocchi and pizza - the gnocchi reminded me of Italy, and the pizza was authentic woodfired Italian pizza. Very delicious!! They also have a huge range of meats, cheeses, pasta, etc for platters and meals in their grocery store. I'll be back for some more gnocchi!
Our go to treat place, we love Mediterranean food so shopping is a treat and the food at the restaurant part is delicious, The best tiramisu in Canterbury.
