Probably some of the best, tasty Thai around. Tucked away in Addington-hidden gem. The satay is good, the prawns are always plentiful (truly) and the food comes quickly, and most importantly, with a smile.
Place is always busy with uber eats orders and a simple but cosy restaurant will suit most. Give it a go! Very good food!
This little gem is really something of a delight. In all my time in Christchurch I've yet to find someone who could really make a decent tom yum soup. Granted this one was ever slightly too sweet but in terms of taste it is by far the most authentic I've ever tried. We also ordered the beef, fish and pad Thai. All of it was really really tasty. I was really surprised as I had not heard of this restaurant before. I will definitely be going back for more!
First time there. Took a friend for her birthday. We LOVE IT! Waitresses very nice and polite. The food was excellent and tasty. I've been to a lot of restaurants over the years and this was perfect. One of the best I've ever been to. I highly recommend going here for good and healthy food.
Pretty good panang curry and fast service! A few more veggies and pieces of meat would have been great since the curry felt too heavy on the coconut milk otherwise.
I was a but disappointed that they only had Thai options mostly and their menu had not been updated, wanted the beef brisket and medium rare beef noodles soup but they only had just beef. The broth was a nice flavour. The wontons were OK though I couldn't taste the flavours described on menu eg coriander. I think one or 2 weren't cooked right through thoroughly. I left still feeling hungry after spending $28..
Very nice curry, best with roti. Other dishes are ok. Only problem might be the rices are too small for some people
A quaint little restaurant tucked away within a block of shops on Lincoln Road.
It was clean had great friendly service and authentic food.
It was good value for money.
Definitely recommend
Superb rare beef noodle soup, tasty specialty fish though it would be really authentic if it was a whole fish but that would have to do for the low demand. Staff are attentive and caring, super accommodating with young children making a mess, high chair available, parking right at the door. Great atmosphere, disable friendly setting, they do take always so the kitchen is always very busy and the wait is around 15-20 minutes at the table.
With the dishes the flavours are there but it's never seems to be seasoned. Allgood it you eating in or at home but if you out somewhere and don't have salt it's annoying 😅
I had the beef cheek massaman curry tonight and it was delicious. It was only $20 and I have enough left over for lunch so I think the price was exceptionally reasonable. I will definitely be back.
