Wow wow wow! The "bottomless brunch" is a staple here. You are invited into a beautiful classy restaurant with wonderful views of Christchurch and a glass of bubbles.
The service was immaculate and the drinks were constantly topped up! The food was presented beautifully but the dish I had definitely lacked flavour - it needed more sauce!
The desserts were STUNNING, they tasted fabulous!! I highly recommend the desserts here and I would try another one of their dishes next time opposed to the pasta dish I ordered.
Will come again.

We had Brisket croquettes and mushrooms croquettes for our starters. For our mains we enjoyed the market fish (Gurnard) and the pork belly - all delicious meals 😍

Long lunch. Beautiful food! Just a shame that it's limited to 2 hours, but really enjoyable. Shout out to the young waiter who was actively managing the table of young farmers boys and townie girls who were trying to scull their bubbles. No one wants to see a train wreck while they're enjoying their leisurely lunch! Although 1 young lady slipped under the radar at another table and fell on her face for her efforts. Classy.
This was our first dinner at Botanic, and we're already planning our return! Fantastic and friendly service, sophisticated setting where you can actually have a conversation and be heard, and delicious well-presented food. Definitely recommend.
This place is a lovely place and the view was amazing.
The food was beautiful,. But an extra spoonful would have been more satisfying as it wasn't quite enough .

Service lacked and wasn’t great, the other complaint was that you couldn’t order cocktails or any other drinks during your “time” with the bottle.
The main and dessert were absolutely outstanding, and overall was delicious!
Also for what you paid, only a small portion of the starter was a disappointing.
Surprised this place isn't close to a 5 star? Dined here with a couple of the girls and the food was really good. We enjoyed all our meals and our cocktails. Food was presented beautifully and the view over Ōtakaro(Avon River)was really nice esp when last night sun was beaming, the weather was just right so that helps😁 Atmosphere was my kinda vibe, just really chill. Customer Service was friendly and Bar and Restaurant itself is really nice, clean and tidy. Food and experience was great. We will definitely be back😊
