Lovely food. Need to have smaller sized menu. Huge helpings. Service very slow. Had to wait a long time for my dessert, much too long. Love the old house.

Amanda and the team at The Quarters made our wedding day stress free. They were very accommodating with all requests and ensured the day and lead up ran smoothly for us. Everyone was talking about the food after and the staff on the night were fantastic - they even joined us for a dance! Could not recommend more highly!

Had a lovely meal. The food was fresh & delicious. Not a huge menu but easy to find something I liked. Only downside was the cup of lemon ginger tea, tea bag rather than leaves so rather disappointing, way too weak. Location fantastic.

I recently booked at The Quarters for my birthday taking seven of my friends. I did mention it was my birthday when booking so was very happy when we sat down at a table with beautiful flowers and a card with my name on it. Then menu was perfect, not too many choices to cause confusion. I had the pork and apple pie which was delicious even to the point of wanting to take two home . A glass of champagne was complimentary, lucky birthday girl. We had an Affogto for dessert but I will say the desserts looked wonderful and will have one of these another time. The Quarters is a superb restaurant, food delicious and their attention to detail excellent. This restaurant is situated in the beautiful old historic home Riccarton House which has ample car parking. I will return with friends again very soon. I totally recommend it. We

Went for lunch with friends, As usual food is exceptional and very nice presented.astaff is very friendly and will do their best. Its good to see new staff are arriving and learning as well. Jeep up the good work. We will be back in some weeks

Delicious food and great service at such a beautiful setting. We did the Kiwi Guardian walk around Riccarton Bush then had lunch at The Quarters cafe. Kids meal was perfectly sized and Adults meals were delicious (good coffee too)! Would recommend to all - thank you!

What a treasure. This cafe is located in this wonderful home that has been beautifully restored and set in amazing grounds. The Cafe does not disappoint. We had an excellent lunch. 👍
