Had the pleasure of stopping here twice on a trip to Christchurch. Once during a busy weekend rush and another on a quiet weekday after lunch rush. Couldn't fault both services. Loved the food and the options. The price is very reasonable and can be enough for two or leftovers.
Side note. On the weekday I definitely got an extra portion of meat. No complaints. Just loved the little extra in the quieter hours.
Range of condiments to finish off your dish is superb.
Will definitely stop by again when travelling.

This is a fast food restaurant in the mall so dsigned for a quick turnaround. The vegetables were very fresh and all the protein offerings were fried. Tasty food and great for a quck lunch. The food is served in cardboard bowels which are disposed of in bins. This means the tables are cleared by the customers and not wiped always wiped down after each one.
Very busy food place during lunch! My workmates and I loves to buy lunch food from Katsubi and would compare our meals with each other. I've always ordered Katsu but would keen to try others as well. Very quick quick serving albeit busy. 10 mins tops and you're sorted.
We ordered two bento meals and one tonkatsu ramen. All are super delicious. The service is fast.

We ordered a lovely wee brunch takeaway of two bowls and a tokoyaki snack pack
We both ordered the regular bowl where you can choose two meat products and it's served with rice and your choice of salad, also up to two sauces.
My bowl had rice and kimchi salad with spicy tofu and Teriyaki chicken
My partner had rice, kimchi salad with added jalapeños, olives and corn and peas mix topped with kimchi pork and teriyaki crispy chicken.
Definitely a good snack to have in a nice atmosphere with lovely staff servers. Even if you decide to dine in and can't finish your bowl they can give you a lid to take it home for later.

This place was great! Great service as we knew nothing about ramen haha and had to ask what it was about! So glad we did, it was the most filling dish and was perfecto for Christchurch's cold wintery weather we have atm! Definitely recommend!
Ordered the prawn udon. Fantastic food and customer service. Definitely a must visit if you like Japanese food
My new favorite lunch time venue .
Probably the best place to eat in the mall. Tonkotsu noodle soup is fantastic broth. Bento box is another great option. BUT the one particular staff that works there is so rude. Older lady looks Korean every time we go there is always a issue she has with people. Most don’t notice how rude she is. But we will go back every week as it’s a great place to eat.
