The breakfast menu is where the venue truly shines. The eggs benedict with additional crispy bacon and the exceptional next level hash browns will leave your patting your tummy and murmuring with content.
For the ultimate dining experience, you may want to bring your own silverware, as we had some difficulty with the provided forks bending under the weight of the heavy loads the generous proportions allow.
Nice bright surroundings, staff weren't that pleasant but the food made up for it.Guy vaping next to our table was an arrogant sod.
What an absolute treat is was popping in for a delicious meal and some cheeky goodies for mothers day! Food was absolutely divine. I had a chicken salad and a mocha which was so yummy and I know my mum enjoyed the French toast and ice choccy. Staff was super friendly. I can't wait to come and visit again!

A nice little cafe specialised in a variety of teas, but also got a wide selection of barista-made coffees and signature hot chocolate drinks. It's a cute little cafe situated inside Barrington Mall, Spreydon, Christchurch. Also serves a menu of cooked breakfast and lunch items, which are all very well designed, suits all ages including young ones, and most importantly, very reasonably priced. We had coffees, and the French Toast and Eggs Benedict today. Both were carefully cooked and beautifully presented, tasty and superb value given the pricing. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back again!
They make a delightful soy latte in a charming setting similar to the Majestic Prebbleton shop, where handmade chocolates are offered alongside. They also provide decaffeinated coffee options and a loyalty stamp system that rewards every 7th coffee with a complimentary one.

I ordered the beef burger meal and their chocolate milkshake for a drink and was not disappointed! The burger was great for a cafe burger; the chips on the side were a tad underdone but still good. I've had their hot chocolates on precious visits and it's similar to Theo Bromas style in my opinion. I still keep going back so I'd say it's worth a visit if you're thinking about it!
Huge surprise. Came to Takapuna for Daikoku, but stayed for Majestic Tea Bar based on the menu instead. Awesome food and great service from all, especially the young guy serving. 5 stars +
Beautiful little cafe, nice food and great service! I would be awesome if they had the chance to close the place a little bit more, so when you are sitting don't feel like people keeps walking all around the table.
Loved this cafe.I enjoyed the personality of the two young guys serving. They were cheerful & obviously enjoyed what they were doing and their service was fast and efficient. There was a wonderful selection of cabinet food and the menu food was amazing. I had a toasted sandwich full of fillings with tasty crisp chips on the side. Tables were cleared as soon as they were vacated so overall a very pleasant relaxing place.
A beautiful gem inside Barrington mall. Delicious food and amazing coffee with real Belgian chocolate for choco lovers. A range of hot and cold dishes including pancakes with bacon and banana. The assortment of real chocolates is awesome aswell.
