Great place to take the family or watch a sports event with super big screen & tv just for the kids! We were very impressed. Good selection of food and drinks. Why 4 stars & not 5 - the kids meal (sausages) where quite spicy (even for adults) and they couldn't eat them.
Service makes all the difference! We booked a table specifically for large group and near the TV to watch Rugby final. We arrived to discover table miles away from TV. Politely advised manager we're not happy - the manager rearranged tables to accommodate us while being mindful of all patrons. It was busy,but all turned out well. A friendly vocal group of patrons enjoyed the rugby. Food was excellent though took a while to arrive. Would definitely go again!
REally friendly service, GENEROUS helping of garlic bread, The fish was just fabulous, two big pieces of fresh thick white fish in a crispy batter. Fries were good and the salad very fresh, could not eat it all
The steak sandwich was very tasty, with a great salad creamy dressing plenty of food on our plates. Very good price We will be back thank you very much

We had our Christmas function here, and the food was really nice, I'd thoroughly recommend it. The staff were really friendly and onto it too, the kinda place that you'd like to go to regularly.
6 of us visited 808 restaurant last Sunday for brunch. Absolutely brilliant! Definitely b going again. Luvly food, fantastic service & surroundings plus reasonably priced.
Friendly staff, nicely presented meals. Chicken was nothing to rave about, certainly wouldn't order it again - very dry dish, would have been nice to have another chicken option.
We went there for lunch, there were a few people in there the service was awesome very friendly staff and the food was just perfect couldn't complain about any of the food divine, we didn't have to wait long for our meals thoroughly enjoyed it, had my mother in law with us and she is really fussy but she loved it will defiantly be going back :)
