I love a really nice pie, as most do I imagine. The pies here are the best I've ever had to this day, so that's many decades. Pastry is perfect, and whatever filling you pick, you will not be disappointed. I drive out of my way for these pies. Friendly service, he's a really nice person and relates well.

Called up late night, they let me come get it when ready. Girlfriend and i had a steak and a mince and cheese. Both amazing delecious pastry and mince. Loved the cheese. Amazing for the price

Was absolutely amazing, ordered off Uber eats and was very skeptical, I had the chicken cheese and sweet chilli toastie, feta and spinach roll and a donut and honestly I could not fault anything, it all tasted like heaven on a plate, highly recommend. Literally my taste buds have been blessed. The donut was fluffy and light and the filling was absolutely perfect and even layers of everything that all complemented each other The spinach and feta roll, perfect amount of pastry and filling and cooked to perfection The toastie… don’t get me started. Was packed full with chicken cheese and the sauce just dripped out everything was sensational and sent my taste buds into overdrive. If I was rich I would eat here everyday and get all fat and squishy. Absolutely love this place and will be coming back.

The pies here are awesome, definitely worth it for the price. Same goes for the sandwiches too.

August 2018 - They are one of the best small bakeries in Christchurch. Both the owners are very friendly and helpful. They do workplace catering and the food is delicious. One of their best selling products is the cheesecake in a jar. It is very yummy and delish 😋. My kids love it and so do I 😄. The pies are also very tasty and yummy; the pastry is fluffy with thick filling. Steak and mushroom pies are people's favorite but I prefer (well, my favorite) the creamy bacon & mushroom pie 😋. Anyway, there are 15 different pies to choose from, in case you want something other than the two pies that I've mentioned. They also do family pies but only 7 options. However, you can request them to make the pie(s) based on your liking 😁. The prices are reasonable compared to other places; ranging from $4.40 to $4.90. There are savouries, paninis, rolls, sweets, bread and sandwiches if you don't like pies. They also make coffee to go (latte, Chai latte, flat white... Etc.) but it is not taste as good compared to the like of Coffee Culture, Robert Harris or Starbucks. There is only one indoor table with two chairs for customers to wait. Would I go back?
