Have been to butlers on many occasions including the one in Lower Hutt, Wellington and Porirua. Have had good experiences every time. I have had friendly service and delicious food and beverages. Very happy with the customer service.

Rinks !!

This was my 1st visit to Butlers after hearing so many good reviews abt thr desserts. And I would say I loved it. So we ordered
1) Triple chocolate mousse cake
2) Butlers hot chocolate lava cake
3) Cookie hot chocolate
The desserts were wow in terms of taste , presentation & quantity. I really liked the way it was presented & when we started digging in it was paradise in heaven. Both the desert were different in regards to taste & it was really heavy.
I won't comment anything about the hot chocolate as my friend made it take away & had later so I don't have review from his side.
The only reason I gave 4 not 5 is because of the seating. When u have such great presented desert & the seating is a normal food court chairs , it's a big disappointment. It definately needs to be improved.
But I would say I will definately go back 😆

Lemon and white chocolate cake 🎂 one of the best cakes I have had in a long time this hit the right spot with a great balance of sweet and sour and it was so soft 😋. Raspberry and Chocolate Mousse. The mousse was quite thick while I prefer them fluffy and creamy textured. So, not the best one I have eaten.

Customer service was stellar, smiles all round and the guy chatted to us and helped us pick out which chocolates were best sellers. All of the chocolates we got were sooooo good, highly recommend anything with dark chocolate!

A great service on coffee and food the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Prija and Michelle at Porirua Cafe I would recommend all the Butlers cafes as staff is very friendly.

Nice friendly staff. Good food selection, everything is in the display to choose from. Drinks are yummy and with every drink there is a free chocolate. That includes a kids drink too gives you free chocolate.
