The food is pretty good except for the beef. Which is over cooked. The side dishes are pretty tasty too! 3 of us ordered 3 set meals.
Not too many Korean Restaurants in Queenstown, but was happy with the food and service we received last week at this restaurant. We enjoyed the BULGOGI - BEEF & BIBIMBAP. They were both delicious and flavourful. The only critique that I had was that I wish my dish was served warmer. I know I didn't get the Bibimbap on hot stone, but I don't think it meant that the meal should have been served cold. Everything else was great! Also got the miso soup yum! :)

Gosh we ordered the Fried chicken with fries and army stew with noodles and cheese. It was so yummy! Wish we could go back for their BBQ but we were visiting Queenstown and we are glad we managed to visit Doorae for lunch! Amazing Korean food, thank you so much!

Best korean food I have tried in Queenstown. I ordered osam bulgogi. It’s a stirfry sliced pork and squid. The sauce is just perfect, not overwhelming.
Another dish is samgyetang, its a ginseng chicken soup, such a clean taste to have. Overall, great service and you can top up the side dish at no extra cost. I’m very impress. Will definitely come back and try their bbq.
I was dreaming of Korean food while tramping so by the time we came off the 5-day tramp and made it here, we were ravenous! Service was attentive and the food was served quickly, within 10 or so minutes after we ordered. I haven’t had authentic Korean food in New Zealand for a long time so the kimchi stew was a real treat. Fried chicken was also perfectly fried - tender, with a crispy coat. Jay the duty manager closed off the meal with some rice crackers for us. Will definitely be back and would recommend everyone to check out this joint for good Korean food at an affordable price point.

All three was so very delicious.
We loved it so much last year we came back the second time! Their kimchi soup is perfect after a hike. I think they use aged kimchi which makes it even more delicious. The service is very friendly and we will visit again next time we come to Queenstown.
