I always order the Ribs for my grandpa, now if you know my grandpa, you would know that he is quite picky at times but these ribs have him hooked! Delivery is also very efficient!
Went last night with family for dinner. 5/5 stars - Food was excellent, fresh and brought to you fast! Didn't mind paying the price for food quality food and service!!. Staff were prompt, friendly and dedicated to good service. Place was clean and lovely table dining area with private cubicle areas. Will be back gain

We always come here, when visiting Rotorua. Usually quite busy, but not noisy. Warm cozy atmosphere, Super Friendly staff, timely service, great food. Most enjoyable family experience. Value for money.
Went here for holiday at winter. Great atmosphere, heater is a little to hot though. Extremely good steak. Excellent service, but the price is a little over. Overall it's worth it and very good.
We are actually looking for a different kind of lunch in Rotorua, we normally go to good old fast food places. We ordered the fettuccini with chicken and bacon, Southern smoked ribs with fries. The fettuccini was really cheesy and tasty while the ribs are great with their homemade sauce. Although the ribs has a bit less meat but still “sweet as”. We also ordered chocolate sundae which is alot for one and potato wedges which is too much after finishing the ribs.

Food - The ribs were OK not the best I have tasted and a bit overpriced compared to how tasty it was.
I ordered the apricot chicken with baked potato (with sour cream) and salad and a side of mushroom sauce
Pro’s - would definitely come back here only for the mushroom sauce it was the best thing I ordered and the salad was dressed well also which was nice.
Cons - I didn’t like the baked potato I think mash would go better with the dish.
Chicken was OK but probably not order it again.
Ambience -
This place is definitely family friendly there is a game space the kids can play in until the meals arrived and the waitresses were always smiling and really friendly to the kids which is so nice. The desserts were ok I loved the chocolate cake.
My review is based on the service, whether it was family friendly and how quick the food arrived (under 30mins and it was a full house!) if anything was wrong with the above I would of given a 3
Went there for a weekend get away from Auckland. Was greeted by a friendly waitress, service is excellent. Food is good. Haven’t tried the Auckland branch as it is closed down so glad to try the Rotorua branch. Will visit again if I go to Rotorua.
Outstanding service from all the lovely ladies for our recent dinner meal here. The two ladies looking after us consistently checked in during the course of our meal, cleared plates promptly and provided great recommendations. Chips with the meal were cooked to perfection. Steaks cooked well but you will need to add pepper and salt - it also could have been rested more before being served. Ribs were tasty and big, was so good. The stand out were their sticky date pudding dessert and Toblerone cocktail drink. I was very pleased with my meal here.
Food taste good, but we wait almost one hour after order although few customers. 10minutes after we reminder waitress to double check comes the food.

Went to Cobb & Co today for my sons birthday lunch, they were super accommodating, allowed me to put up the decorations last night and earlier today even tho they were closed. Meals were 10/10 for all of us! There was 23 of us and no complaints at all. Food was brought out to us soo quickly but quality was still really good and well presented. Service was amazing from all staff especially our waitress, I didn't get your name today but thank you very very much, my son absolutely loved today which I am very grateful for.

Enjoyed my meal (beer battered fish with chips and salad) with pleasure. Catering for senior citizens with proof of gold card. Wheelchair access awesome. Plenty of parking. They hold award for best lamb and steak meals. Served with creamy mash or chips. Highlight of the day which is definitely new to me, was food driven to your table by a mechanical robot, then served to you by a waiter. Waiters extremely polite attending to your whims with a smile. Enjoyment provided for children by means of free computer games and puzzles with pencils on the back of your placemats. Wonderful for families with or without children. Plenty room provided between tables. I certainly enjoyed my time there.
Came for entree, dinner and drinks. Service was average. A bit confusing with the robots delivering the food yet still requiring a server to be with the robot. The food was okay, not served hot and not anything spectacular. The drinks however were delicious!

Definitely don't go off by the reviews this place has exceptional food exceptional customer service and overall great atmosphere for yourself and the whole family we had the Ribs soft jucy succulent pieces of mouth watering meat that burst in your mouth with every bite and the sauce to go with it 10/10 burgers are delicious and salads are fresh and the pork belly was moist and that crackle was fantastic! Bang for your buck and the robots that serve you your meals are out of this world can't wait to be back in rotorua for another cobb n co awesome experience cheers

We returned to Cobb & Co for family dinner after many many years. The meals are reasonable price. The kids loved their fancy drinks and nice meal. The chicken salad was tasty and my fish was cooked perfectly. It's definitely a family restaurant. Their robot serving machine is definitely a highlight.
