Best pies ever ! One thing you will definitely see when you get into the place is the number of awards they have. We tried three different award pies and they were all delicious. The chicken and vegetables were yummy, the butter chicken was tasty, and the bacon mushroom was delicious. We will definitely visit here again when we are around.
The seafood pies are out of this world!!! Huge chunks of seafood in thick seafood chowder like pie. So delicious!!!! Omg

I'm hooked, I love their potato top pies, beef,bacon cheese & mushroom pies, their rissoles!!! amazing. I just wish their chips were always hot, but they make up with their awesome friendly service!!! bludy 10 out of 10 for me :)
Had the garlic prawn pie. The only thing I could suggest is that they put more than 3 pieces of prawn inside, instead of filling it with sauce. The pies are on the pricey side, $4.50. Also the rolls are over $4.50. Just wish after paying $4.50 I had more than 3 pieces. Seems unreasonable.
I was passing by, so I just HAD to try one of their award winning pies. Believe me, it wasn't an easy decision with so many on offer, but I settled on their supreme winning Bacon and Egg. OMG. They are insanely good, I could've eaten three! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Great food and great service! the best wraps in town, try the roast beef,pickle or the chicken wrap, healthy and super tasty. Opening hours also great as they open before i start work so very convenient :)
Had to try the Bakels Supreme Roast Duck, onion and mushroom pie for $8.90. A steady stream of customers are buying Patricks pies but also try his fabulous fresh cream donuts
I can see why these Pies are the best around, all the awards that this bakery have won speaks volumes of the passion that goes into baking every delicious pie.
The amount of people that streamed in out and out of this establishment shows how much the public appreciates a good Pie.
They cater to everybodies tastes, and they offer a wider range of hot meals and some real tasty looking deserts also.
Will gladly recommend Patricks Pies to everybody.
Pork belly, mushroom and cheese pie was one of the best pies ive had. Full stop. Excellent quality fillings and pastry. Sweet lamb curry was also fantastic. Even if you didn't like pies they have plenty of other options, the chips were banging as well.
Fully recommend this place, I won't stop going on about how NZ pies are better than the UK after these.
After Heaven’s Bakery closed in Napier, the search seemed never-ending for the long cream filled donut with a spot of raspberry jam on top. Finally being able to find it at Patrick’s gave me such a thrill like an emended weight lifted off my shoulders. Their pies are definitely worth all the accolades and hype. The bakers here really work had to provide consistent quality and deliver typical baked New Zealand goods. Well done.
Can get very very busy here at times, being close to all the industrial area as well as being on a main state highway, so pick your times wisely. There is parking next door at the liquor shop.
There are so many different pies to choose from. You got your classics through to some gourmet style combination pies, that are sure to appeal to everyone. I still go back to the classics, mince and cheese, steak and mushroom, potato top, bacon and egg…can’t go wrong!
Roast Duck pie was uniquely delicious, worth the slighty elevated price at nearly $9

Really hit the spot, strongly recommend it if you appreciate a damn good pie. Hands down best of the best!

Delicious pies, especially love the creamy mushroom bacon and cheese pie😋 We also ordered a sausage roll, chicken kebabs and a sausage. We were so stuffed:)
