I loved this place! It doesn't look like much front of house, but the garden in the back was sunny and peaceful. The menu is interesting and the presentation is outstanding! Service was friendly and good. I had the Breakfast Bagel which is basically a Big Breakfast, and it was great. The bacon in particular was really crispy which is very rare. I tried my friend's berry smoothie and it was really fresh and berry focused unlike most places which overload smoothies with ice or yoghurt. And if you are wondering what the other dish is, it's the smoked salmon scramble and my friend liked it. Will definitely be back!

The Plumm is my favourite place for a brunch in takapuna, we regularly come here! The coffee, service and outside seating area is fabulous!
Love the blueberry hot cakes. They use very fresh fruits. The tamarilo was quite sour but it balanced with the blueberry syrup. The fried chicken was good, but the waffle felt too dense. The staff were friendly. Overall pretty good.
Found on Zomato and had brunch here. Had a nice cozy vibe and our staff was super kind.
Food was very delicious with good portion sizes. I loved my halloumi salad, especially the croutons! The dressing wasn’t bland and all the flavors were blending in well.
I had matcha latte so it wasn’t real coffee but looking forward to try flat white next time !
I am a regular here as I live across the road. I don't know what people are complaining about. The staff are always lovely they know their regulars by name and are always happy to please. The food is fresh and tasty and great coffee
Came here on Saturday morning for Brunch and loved the friendly staff, the food was so fresh and delicious and presentation beautiful. Dog friendly and best almond milk latte ever! Would recommend checking them out.
Really cute place with hidden out door area which is perfect for summer time! Food was lovey and fresh and staff were friendly, quick service and would definitely recommend the drive out to Takapuna for this place for good food and a beach day
Such a cute little place! If you follow the footprints, it takes you to a 'secret' courtyard where it's sunny, airy and spacious. They have zomato gold here, which is a bonus! Food is delicious and presented beautifully. My partner got the pancakes while I got the chicken with green tea waffles (sounds weird, but it actually went well together). Will definitely come back again and try more of the menu
Delicious hot cakes and matcha waffles! The pancakes were a little too sweet but the coffee was 10/10! Great portion sizes, not too much but not too little. The food took around 10 mins to arrive as the place was quiet at 12noon on a Friday. The menu has a great variety of dishes.
The outdoor “secret garden” seating area was easy to find and a great place to eat on a sunny day - fabulous atmosphere! Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back :)
My first time using a QR menu love how easy it was. The courtyard garden is accessible via a corridor. This is a quiet oasis. Great range of food the usual with so unique items. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely stunning presentation! Everything looked so nice. The flavours were unique and different to other cafes. The chips were absolutely amazing! So crispy and a highlight. The drinks were all delicious and fresh. The smoothies were flavoursome. The Hotcakes were insane and full of delicious flavour. The veggie stack was amazing!! So many amazing elements. The smashed avo was nice! The avocado was a little brown and needed more flavour. The French toast was really nice but very sweet. Would have liked more mascarpone to balance out the sweetness. The venue was really nice out the back and lovely on a nice day!
What at first appears to be a simple and cozy cafe front hides a delightful hideaway garden where delicious food can be enjoyed in a open and airy setting.
The waffle and fried chicken and the pancakes are certainly highlights in a simple yet enjoyable menu.
Highly recommended as an excellent alternative to the busy beach front options.

From day one I have loved this cafe, it's easily my favorite cafe in Takapuna... delicious food, great service and the owners are awesome! Serving great coffee each time and their garden out the back is absolutely lovely... highly recommended. I always bring friends here for catch up, love it!!

Cute little back patio ! It is an asian cafe that offers your typical cafe food with a slight twist. The waffle was a little dried but flavours were good ! Only giving a four star because the food took ages! Still worth coming, but it’s more like your first and last time kinda cafe.
hi this place deserves 10 stars ! so ridiculously glad we chose this cafe for a nice breakfast ! the outdoor seating is so lovely, it’s such a hidden gem. the iced mocha is the best i’ve ever had (got a soy milk one for myself which wasn’t as good but next time i’ll definitely risk my dairy intolerance for the real deal) the charcoal waffle and fried chicken was sooo good, the best breakfast chicken and waffles i’ve had and im so impressed by the portions for only $22 ! the beef burger wasn’t as enjoyable as we didn’t like the way the beef was cooked but the rest of the burger was delicious. i think the fries are store made (not the regular frozen bags) and were nice and crispy but not my favourite (im a lowkey fry connoisseur). i loved my experience here and will definitely be returning ! um ps im really sad i didn’t get flowers in my drink :(
