I had their mince on toast. Not only was it really good but you could tell the chef had put I real effort and put together every extra I asked for really well. I left smiling and wishing I could go back here for lunch. Absolutely spot on. If you get a chance the food here is good. Really good. Not one person in a group of 18 people complained about anything. Whoever is running the place has got it right. Visit them....you'll leave pleased you did. :-)

as they say, life’s too short to drink bad coffee and luckily for us we didn’t have to. The coffee was perfect and the food was pretty good too. We were made to feel welcome, even though we rocked up close to closing time.

We didn't like the coffee at all but food was great. Just a small tip or idea... a couple more hash browns would've been even more perfect to fill a hungry man's stomach.

The Purple Lizard.....called in whilst travelling through Timaru and decided on the lizard for brunch... Fast super friendly service in a warm atmosphere...food and coffees were exceptional!definitely a highlight of the morning while wandering around town...full bellies and very happy with the whole experience...thank you to the team at the purple lizard we'll be back!!!!!
