Q hotel is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Central location. All major tourist attractions are within 15, 20 minutes walk. The Room are huge, we stayed in room 855 with fantastic view of the city. Room is extremely clean, bed extremely clean, bathroom extremely clean. Bed very comfortable. Little kitchen is very clean. Indoor swimming pool, spa pool and a gym. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Worth every 4.5 stars. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location in Cuba Stree. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. It has a small gym and a small heated pool. Highly recommended.

Great location. New side accommodation is great. Pool and viewing platform. Food is ok. Dunlop room too hot needs aircon. Had a conference here and temperature and aircon erratic. Big room, kitchenette and modern bathroom.

I love the Style, one if the best hotel entrances in Wellington, has that Crazy Rich Asians look about it!

Fantastic Location! Stayed here and booked an event to be held here. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and were very disability friendly with a number of disabled members in wheelchairs that needed access. Food was fantastic, rooms were clean, mine had a lovely view of Wellington. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff always had a smile on their face and even spent some time discussing some special Gins they had I could try. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience!

Reception services is fairly quick and helpful, though we couldn't get a single extra pillow. The room is large and fairly clean but we were caught out by a view of the serviced apartment neighbours instead of a harbour view. The buffet breakfast is barely adequate but you will enjoy better food and definitely superior coffee just a few minutes down Cuba St.

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. Cleaners probably need a check list of what is supposed to be in each room. It seemed to be a little inconsistent. Our room was chosen for the price. However, the lack of fridge was of little importance given the location. A nice little bar with comfy chairs. We had a bit of construction noise after about 9am but so what. Walk out the front door for any number of breakfast options. I can recommend Olive and the Ugly Bagel within 50m. I would happily use this hotel as a base on Wellington.

This is the most convenient location for exploring the city. We were right in the middle of the city so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was really comfortable and clean. There was a great indoor pool and spa in the complex(great after walking all day)The staff also gave us an espresso machine for our room at no extra charge.

The location is probably the best thing about the CQ Hotel, putting you right on Cuba Street amidst a wide range of dining and shopping options. The service at the hotel is also really good, and every staff member we interacted with seemed to be friendly and good at what they did. Our room was okay, and although more compact that other hotels for a similar price, felt sufficiently spacious due to a high ceiling. Some of the fixtures were a bit worn and the shower leaked though unfortunately. As for the general facilities, the express breakfast was a bit odd, not allowing cereal as part of it, only a range of relatively unpalatable toast options, and you will probably have a better experience grabbing breakfast at a nearby cafe. The small upstairs pool was nice and heated, very good after a relaxing day, but potentially crowded if more than a few couples/families decide to go there at the same time.

Great location provides easy access to bars, restaurants and nightlife on Cuba Street. Can be a little noisy at times, but if you want a quiet place then you're probably staying in the wrong area. Staff were super helpful at check in and very professional and polite. Ask for a room on the 4th floor to get direct access to the pool deck. Would definitely stay again.
