Had a nice Saturday lunch here, so many seats, the sun was shining but when we got there the clouds started coming so we walked around the restaurant for ages before deciding on a table inside by the window.
There were a good selection of mains on the menu, we got the beef brisket papardelle pasta and the seafood chowder. The portion size was impressive, the pasta was very beefy, the papardelle slightly softer than al dente, the chowder was very creamy and apart from the 4 mussels you can see in the photo, I only found chopped up veges inside the chowder and no other seafood. The flavour was nice though, the bread was very thick I couldn't finish it. Rating their food high based on the flavour, pity not quite matched in quality ingredients.
Arrived for lunch, seated without delay. The waitress must have been new or maybe a menu change but she needed to refer to her notes when she advised menu choices. I was there with a group so probably be different with smaller table and things would feel more relaxed. Aged steak cuts, tomahawk steaks you can't go wrong, that said the charred octopus with squid ink was amazing. Wide selection of beer and wines. Food was amazing and brought out in quick succession.
We had our Christmas end of year work function here. What a great venue, staff were friendly and the food was delicious and just the perfect amount. We had lamb, beef steaks, salads and a veg lasagne type dish. So good! I would like to go back with a couple of friends.
Couldn't be happier with the experience! The food was outstanding, indeed it had been quite some time since I had such an enjoyable meal. The staff were amazing. We were given two lovely colorful drinks for free to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday. The harbor view was a plus point adding to the overall beauty of the dining experience. Our food arrived quickly we didn't have to wait long although it was a rush weekend. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!
Super easy to book - went on Thursday for drinks and nibbles an hour or so before the WOW show. Convenient to get to from work - lovely set-up inside. Upstairs we had a low table with a mix of low soft couch-like seating and a few higher armchairs. Good service - fair pricing for a waterfront venue. Will do again! (cannot comment on food as I didn't have any on this occasion but I think it was good from the faces around me).
All the foodie classics! Oysters, steak tartare, and.... (affordable) Caviar! So happy this place exists 😍 however, my caviar came opened and you could tell some of it had been nicked.
Fabulous food and service. The death by chocolate dessert was one of the best I've ever had, truly spectacular. The steak was the simplest one on the menu with the Hennessy sauce and that was gorgeous too. Side of Mushrooms and char-grilled asparagus made this a very memorable visit for me and 5 friends. Note: I didn't eat the dishes in this order. The wine list had great choices too and the cocktails were pretty special.
The food was a bit bland, but still good. Service and atmosphere were great.
Awesome vibe here. The place is buzzing in the weekend! Beautiful food. Sometimes it can be hard to find a place to yourselves after about 5pm in the weekend as is quite busy in the evening!
Always a nice spot to have a drink and snacks after work or for special occasions in the restaurant downstairs.
Nice food and good drinks. Friendly and helpful staff.
