Fantastic place to meet your friends and feel really comfortable. In my case I came to this place early to have beer before meeting up my friend. Highly recommended.

Had a girls' date and tried their high tea. Servings were definitely generous and filled to the brim - 15 items!! We were able to take the unfinished treats home in a box too!! Service was prompt and friendly, atmosphere was totally relaxing. All 3 tiers looked perfect and was a delight. So good and so worth it!!

Amazing service, the waiter was so accommodating and one of the most polite people I've ever met. The Greek salad, again one of the best I have ever had and my mother thoroughly enjoyed her salmon with cream cheese on pumpernickel. Everything was very reasonably priced for the standard it was delivered at and quality of ingredients. Will return! Soon, hopefully!

Newly renovated and furnished, the lobby lounge is aesthetically beautiful.

Expect hotel-price drinks but is well worth it for the quiet and excellent service. Would recommend the Cake Tin cocktail, it was gorgeous and ridiculously smooth. The vibe was relaxing and their comfy seats were great.

It's hard to find a place where you can sit comfortably and just have a chat, but this is perfect. Outstanding service and FREE nuts!

A useful location to meet people. Reasonable coffee, plus the availability of snacks and beverages through the day, coupled with the central and convenient location make this a favourite of mine. It tends not to be as crowded as other places in the CBD and offers a quieter atmosphere compared to many other places.

Useful for conducting business conversations as you are not cheek by jowl with the next person as is the case in a number of other locations nearby.

If travelling by car parking can sometimes be a problem.

Lounge launched new high tea menu. Sadly, I found out that one of the hot food item was missing in our high tea. Lounge offers nice kids High Tea. I would prefer we could try all the tea rather than just having one tea per person.

Was a perfect place to catch up with a dear friend. The food was delicious as well. Nice portions. Lovely ambiance you could hear each others conversation.

Thank you for a truly memorable experience for my daughter, myself and our guests. We chose to celebrate her 21st with a high tea and you surpassed our expectations. The service, ambience and food were all top notch made all the more fun by our waiter Ryan. We would thoroughly recommend this experience to all. Price wise it was superb value for money too. Thank you again for making a special occasion even better.

We took a large group for high tea and were made to feel very special. Beautiful cake and savory selection with nice coffee and good tea choices. As expected champagne was tasty, and we were very grateful for the help for the 2 small children in our party. Such a pleasant surprise for an upmarket busy place.

Best weekend away the wife and I have had. Felt like we were waited on hand and foot. All staff very warm and welcoming and a very luxurious setting. Very comfortable bed, big tv and a good shower. Very highly recommended.

We went here for my 60th today and didn't stop smiling. We were made to feel very welcome and were well looked after the whole time at level 2. The service and food was topnotch. The food and decor here much better than the photos on the website. We were also offered cute little carton carrybags to take the darling little cakes of food we couldn't finish home. Such an experience to remember. Thankyou to you all. Kerry

Good place to meet and have a coffee or lunch. I often go here by myself and have lunch and never feel uncomfortable. The service is good and regular when your glass or cup is near the end. Can get busy but good options and seating available

It's part of the hotel, but if you want a place to drink your coffee in the quiet, with comfortable chairs, it's great! It is a little more expensive than nearby places, but not by much. Doubles as a bar if that's what you need.
