If friends and I are going to a pub we generally come here first. Such a cool pub and cheap beers just wish the music was turned down a tiny bit so we didn't have to scream at each other at 4pm but other than that I love this place!
I LOVE the sangria jugs here. Over the weekend my partner and I were staying in a hotel just up the road from this bar so found ourselves here quite often sipping the red wine sangria. $12 for a jug is just too hard to go past 😜 love the vibe, sometimes live music and bartenders are really nice!
Came here tonight for a quiz night with friends. Tried the strawberry infused vodka and orange skittle infused vodka and both were pretty nice! Lots of options of these flavours too. Ordered the veggie burger which was a little bit of a let down: usually veggie burgers would have a veggie patty, but this one was literally just lettuce, tomato, capsicum, and onion. Although it was tasty, I wouldn't get it again, and there was a fair wait for it despite it being not terribly busy. Friendly staff though!
Bad grannies is the kind of place you can go to and hang out for a while but you don't want to be there for too long either as the music is bursting out from the speakers. However it's good music (tends to be always the same music and video clips though). They have some deals regarding alcohol like 3 jagerbombs for $15 or (decent) frozen margaritas for $10. The bar is weirdly decorated very eclectic and in the end it's quite nice. I'd like to point out their kumara wedges with their sauce: plenty of them in the basket and really tasty !
I like the music here and also the people!!! They all seems crazy but really funny! Dancing and singing here so fun! And everyone can enjoy the good time here! Drink also good
