It's ideal to have our party in Tulsi Johnsonville. I like the ambience and the service is extraordinary. The Staff is exceptionally great They left no one unattended. The food was sumptuous and chef Pardeep gave us an outstanding readiness of food, regardless of high pressure. This is definitely not a coincidental, we have been throwing the parties in the same venue for a while, and never let ourselves down. Higher rank staff like Meenakshi's, and Vikram hospitality is incomparable and splendid.
I take my 94 year old mother to eat lunch here often. Their prices are reasonable and it compares favourably with other Indian restaurants around Wellington. So if you are in Johnsonville looking for somewhere to have lunch, try Tulsi.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. They have a good selection of curries, and an awesome selection of breads. Our son loved watching them cook the breads in the tandoor.
Great butter chicken and pokara entree but didn't feel very welcome by staff serving us. Bit off hand and not friendly. Have had much nicer service on previous visits.

The best Curries I've ever had staff super friendly, every time my family and I go there we are greeted super kindly and they always ask how your enjoying your self.
One of my favorite meals ever
Our go-to takeaway. The dinner deal does us two meals and they're one of the best tasting badam pasandas or sagwalas we've found around Wellington. A bit hit and miss on the heat, sometimes the medium is unbearable, sometimes a hot is relatively mild. I think them asking what you want in that regard is just a token gesture
We have been going to Tulsi regularly for over a year now and its food is nothing short of fantastic Consistency of taste and welcoming service, we feel like its a most relaxing and enjoyable experience each and every time. We rate Tulsi Johnsonville highly.
Brilliant food and staff , attended there with the Mr Minit boss and i can see why he diverts so far to drop by , wonderful food , great folks , dont miss this place
The staff are sooo super friendly. Beautiful selection of curries priced $18 to $19.50. Lots of space and very comfortable.
