Perfect for dinner!! We got amazing food 🍽️ Crudo $22 Combination of sauce and fresh salmon was awesome 🍽️ Kumara fries $10 The best Kumara chips ever 😋 🍽️ Mazandarani lamb $ 38 Soft juicy well cooked lamb! 🍽️ Farm raised Venison $45 I will definitely come back and try other menus tooo!! Everything was so nice!!

Exceptional food. On our table we had a small starter of duck, mains of mushroom risotto, fried chicken, and eye fillet with sides of rocket, kumara chips and potato chips. All were tasty, there wasn't a crumb left. We should have taken photos of when they arrived but....

Lovely relaxing restaurant. Lunch menu mains $15. We had fish and chips which were nice and hot straight from the kitchen.

Just visited here tonight. Highly recommend, delicious food, scotch steak was cooked to perfection. Being from the Hawke's Bay I was stocked to order peach bomb cider.. Dessert was amazing baked bombe alaska was yummy & the host came over to light it. Nice open space & liked that the tables were spread out. Both hosts were really warm & welcoming. Would definitely go again & it was my dad's birthday that we celebrated & he enjoyed it all x thanks heaps

I was exhausted from work and sleep deprived, and my taste buds are not functioning as normal, so I didn’t have what it takes to savor the food. But my date says the dinner was amazing so I’ll just take what she says and 5 stars here we go. To be honest I didn’t pay that much attention to the food, because all my eyes were on my date. I didn’t even remember to take more photos and I call myself a local guide. One of the most amazing, beautiful, attractive, kind, and caring young ladies in town. I think I made the best investment with my attention that night. All she does is listen and she even says she’s normally not a good listener and it's just my stories are so interesting that she yearns for more. That’s the best date I ever had, since it happened in your restaurant, you should take some credit.

Really incredible dinner within hotel. The salmon entrée in particular as well as the octopus was really unique and exceptional! Highly recommend. The waitstaff was also very kind and knowledgeable

What a superb meal! SO tastefully presented; excellent service; friendly staff, lovely venue, very clean and simple, elegant decor. Will definitely be back. Venison meal was de- licious, with drunken prunes 😁. Cheesecake dessert, tasty too.

I want to give 10 stars. The service was amazing..the food was out of this world. Presentation and vibe of this place is spectacular. Will def ne going back. Just a few pics of the food.

During my visit to the restaurant participating in the Wellington on a Plate Festival, I was treated to a truly delightful culinary experience. The dishes I tried were nothing short of exceptional. The lamb dish was a standout, perfectly cooked with tender meat and amazing flavors. The accompanying extras on the plate created a harmonious combination that made the dish truly marvelous. The truffle mash gratin was exquisite, bursting with flavor and a luxurious touch. It left a lasting impression with its rich and creamy texture. The flat bread with miso mushrooms was a refreshing choice. The fresh bread and perfectly cooked mushrooms were a delightful pairing. The addition of oil complemented the dish beautifully. The togarashi chicken was great, enhanced by a hint of lemon that added an extra layer of fantastic flavor. Overall, my experience at this restaurant during the Wellington on a Plate Festival was exceptional. The dishes showcased culinary expertise and a delightful fusion of flavors. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for a memorable dining experience.
