Absolutely in love with this adorable cafe, finally another cafe that's opened til late with an amazing variety of cabinet treats and decent drink selection :)
Service and food were 10/10, definitely would recommend the Hazelnut banana cake (trust me on this one) and the lime and pistachio cake, but the raw raspberry coconut cheesecake was surprisingly my favorite in the end.
A shout out to the outstanding service from Justin, Cafe Mont is sure to become the busiest cafe in Mt Eden soon enough.

This place is fine - nothing remarkable but I don't think I'd return. The only notable/annoying thing is that they charge 50 cents more for double shot coffees - so the advertised price is for single shots, which seems abnormal. My small flat white was $3.50 and it was nice, and the service was polite and fast (although they did deliver a takeaway coffee when I'd ordered it to have at the cafe). The food looked quite good, but it seemed expensive (e.g. $17 for avocado on toast).
Wow! This little gem of a cafe has outdone itself! Been here twice now and both times been overwhelmed with the food quality and service. The cafe workers are always smiling and willing to go the extra mile for you! The breakfast muffin was divine - loved the tomato chutney in it! The raspberry muffins are always so soft and fresh, and my partner LOVED his smoothie! It’s very surprising that such a small & tucked away cafe can have so much charm. Can’t seem to go wrong here. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

This is a small cafe but with big , great food. Their smoothie is must try especially in summer time, they use fresh berries and the taste is so amazing.
The food all have great flavor and won’t be too heavy to have.
I’ve been here quite a few times, and their food and service is always a reason to! It’s a small cafe with delicious all day breakfast options. I rarely go out to eat breakfast, but when I do I come here. Unique menu options, friendly staff, and a comfy place to hang around.
Great staff, best coffee in Mount Eden by far. The food is good - can't go wrong with any of their breakfast options. Also generally far less busy than the main Mt Eden road based cafes, except when the cross fit gang are there.
Yummy berry smoothie and delicious bagel. They unfortunately didn‘t have the avo and salmon bruschetta I had been hoping for but still really enjoyed it
Very awesome food. Nice selection of healthy and tasty. Great to see some vegan desserts too. So delicious. Highly recommend going here. Ambience is the only let down but food is amazing.
Meals, cakes and coffees here are great. The coffees are consistent, can always rely on a well made coffee. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere has a very comfortable feel. Only downside is that they're not open Sundays.

This place has bomb food presentation, everything from the food to the cutlery to the napkins is so aesthetically pleasing. The New York cheesecake was delicious, and their smoothie definitely helped my hangover. Only downfall is, for some reason when I went, the staff were super unfriendly and frustrating. Would either stare at me, come to my table every two minutes asking for my order when I’m clearly reading the menu still etc. but that’s small details. Loved the place regardless!
We always order via Ubereats here and they never disappoint. Super delicious, hearty breakfast and worth every dollar. The muffin was yummy. My partner dived into before I could take pics 😍😍We have tried other pastries and all of them are divine. Highly Recommend 😍😍 We have dined in there too and the service is excellent. 🤩🤩🤩

I have been coming here regularly for over a year and I have to say not only do they have the best coffee in Mt Eden, but also the best service! Every time we pop by, we are greeted with a smile.
I highly recommend not only their cabinet food, but also the dine in menu too. Both are delicious, and make for a great brunch/lunch with friends or even on your own!
Impromptu brunch on a Saturday. Very small cafe, limited seating. Parking is out the front on a busy road. I was on the opposite side and just found a park on a side street.
Suggested as they have white, milk and dark hot choc. Ordered the dark hot choc, it was average.
Ordered big brekkie and that was good. Love quality ingredients used. The overnight oats tasted good and the portion was large. It would be good to share between two if you do not have a large appetite.
Atmosphere was cute and comfy. Very busy this cafe.

We got the Korean Fried Chicken Burger and Bagel. Can not highly recommend them enough. Absolute best burger I've eaten in ages, crunchiness, bit of spice, mayo. So good!

This cafe has such pretty food that I just wanted to look at it and not eat it! I did enjoy a lovely breakfast muffin and tea. There is a lot of handy parking outside and it has good mobility access and seating for 22 people inside. They have great tasty food, coffee and tea, plus they sell coffee beans. Plenty of efficient staff so no waiting. I’m definitely coming back to sample their lovely sweet cakes etc.

After trying best ugly bagels, coffee club and numerous other cafes we "stumbled" upon Cafe Mont on ubereats. We love Best Ugly Bagels and when we saw Cafe Mont using them, that was a deal breaker😄 Both the dishes we ordered for our breakfast was super delicious. It not only had avo for veg and eggs bene on bagel but had layers of roasted vegetables, salad leaves and yummy relish, aioli and the eggs bene hollandaise sauce was expectional. The almond croissant was crispy and yummy too. Coffee was spot on that came with the bagel combo. We will be ordering from here again no doubt. Highly recommend them. Thank you Team Cafe Mont for giving us splendid meals 😍😍
Amazing!!!! Small but nice and cosy cafe that I always love to come. You can get decent quality of the food as reasonable price. What can I say more? Strongly recommended.
