The manager is lovely. The food is delicious! I especially liked my pork bun! I had a fried tofu vegetable dish and the portion was big but I ate it all coz it was so nice!

Really tasty food, worth trying if you're nearby. The fried rice was done really well and had a clean non-greasy taste. The garlic stir fried veges were super tasty. The squid was cooked well, but had some mala numbing pepper which is not to my tastes. We couldn't decide on what to have so got way too much and had lots of leftovers.

The taste of the old Young Shing is back!! The fried chicken is just as crispy and delicious as it was 10 years ago. The fried rice has a nice depth of flavour and the portions are huge. For $13.50 at lunch, this is a superb deal! I advise everyone who loved the old Young Shing prior to the renovation to come back as everything is back to normal taste wise. (I know when it reopened about 4 years ago it wasn't so good haha)

I ordered the "spicy" eggplant on rice. It wasn't exactly the flavours I know the dish to be but nonetheless it was a good dish. The rice had the aroma of jasmine cooked the way I am used to in Chinese restaurants. The value was great. It was only $13 for lunch and they give you a fair amount of food. They did NOT cheap out by putting in lots fuller cheap vegetables like onions and carrots like some places do. Ingredients were fresh. My only recommendation is to cut the eggplant in long strips like carrot sticks instead of slicing diagonally. So it "melts" in your mouth. The place is clean and service was friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I look forward to trying a few other dishes to see if it holds up.

Good portions. Ingredients tasted fresh but seemed a bit plain maybe that was the lack of msg. Took 40 mins to receive our food on Friday night, quite busy seemed like difficulties managing deliveries/delivery services and eatin. Nice toilets and heat pump.

Excellent meal great value. Fabulous service. We just adored the dishes which where full of flavour. My wife had the crispy spicy chicken which was excellent. My son had Sichuan Cabbage full of flavour and was just delicious. I had the orange chicken we all just loved it. The table had fried rice to share. What a great value meal, full of flavours and generous servings all accompanied with excellent service.
