The best kebabs I’ve had in New Zealand. My husband and I love this place... I always get the chicken kebab and it’s delicious.... it’s best when the man Cooks it
Good filling meal, I had medium lamb on rice and was nice, however the salad was great. It fresh and delicious even an olive which I thought was different yum. Will try chicken next time hopefully I can give a 5 star then. Completely recommended take away.
We have always had the man serving us, he is always very personable and gives great service. We had Lamb donor kebab about 3 weeks ago, it was hot, good quality, tasted good, so nice in fact we are going back tonight to repeat the same order. Thoroughly recommend.
Best takeaway in Northcross. Nothing beats a Halal Snack Pack with the Holy trinity sauce combo BBQ, Hot chilli and Mayo/Garlic sauce. Always good customer service as well.
very good food chicken iskander is the best, kinda and friendly staff bit expensive but worth it in my opinion, if your looking for a local kebab shop would recommend

After having a very poor ordering experience from Kebab Serai, I decided to head to Lovers Corner. This is honestly one of the most fantasticly welcoming and delicious kebab joints around.
Not only did they provide chip dish options but also provided a Satay option which was not on the menu!
Food is a tad more expensive but well worth it for the fantastic meal!
I hope they iron out some of the other complaints on here to become one of the go to places.

We have been living in Torbay for the last 5 years - we have ordered takeaways from Lovers Corner over this time.
I have found them to be friendly, clean and great tasting food.
Even after a mix up one time they were more than happy to make the changes without a fuss.
We will continue to use Lovers Corner while still living in the area.
I came here this evening with my daughter as we were looking for something fast, cheap and most importantly healthy.
We ordered the chicken shawerma and the chicken salad.
The orders came out fast, the salad was delicious,the chicken perfect and the dressing was zesty and fresh.
The salad was the perfect size.
The shawerma was huge, fresh and very good.
The hummus that came with both dishes had a great consistency,i could eat more!
They had free hot cardamon tea that came in nice traditional Turkish glasses. We ordered some baklava,it was perfect, not too sweet and went well with the tea.
We will definitely be going back soon.

Best Kebab ever! 1st time buying one last night and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are amazing! Such nice people and the kebab was next level, which is amazing! Highly recommend it, will defo be back!

Tonight we ordered the lamb doner kebab and a mixed kebab. Also some delicious baklava.
When I called, the man I spoke to on the other end of the line (I forgot to get his name!) was warm and friendly. He listened carefully to my order and also checked if we had any allergies.
The food was ready quickly and just an absolute treat to eat. The kebabs were packed generously with meat and fillings. And the baklava, crispy and just the right amount of sweet.
We will be regulars every week, absolutely outstanding!

I was a bit hesitant at first to come back here, because the previous experience was not so good. Months ago I bought a chicken on salads, the chicken meat and vegetables were stale, not fresh. Today I bought the same dish again, unexpectedly, the kebab is delicious, the chicken meat and vegetables are really fresh. Looks like it has changed owners. If the taste, portion and freshness is consistent, I will definitely come back. Now i would say, this is the best kebab in North Shore.

My boyfriend and I love the food from here, the Kebabs are so delicious - a very generous sized portion and wonderful friendly service from all staff! Also Kebabs on Rice is amazing so tasty also. The shop is very clean too. We have become regular customers - I encourage you to also go to Lover's Corner you won't regret it. 👍☺️

Excellent taste and great customer service. Very much impressed from their hygienic practices in the restaurant. Stopped here for a snack on our way back to the Auckland City. Kebab was marvaleous. Would visit again if in the area. Prices are economical.
